It was my first time in Ashley Stewart in Louisville. It was a very nice experience. We were greeted by a salesman. He was friendly,
knowledgeable, & was never to far away when
we had questions. I ended up buying a pair
of beautiful lamps & on sale! Same guy checked
us out & just made the trip so pleasant.

I brought my 83 year old grandmother in to purchase a recliner.
Terrence Whitehead was our salesman, he was the kindest, sweetest soul. He was extremely patient with her and listened to her and was genuinely concerned about what she purchased to be exactly what she wanted and needed for her age and ability to get up and down from furniture comfortably.
She is so excited about her new furniture and was tickled with how nice Terrence was to both of us.
Thank you Terrence for showing so much love within your job!

Great place to furniture shop. Joshua McGee was great. Very helpful. Did not constantly nag us or constantly follow us around. Just the way we like to shop! Very knowledgeable as well. Great experience and would definitely shop here again and would definitely ask for Josh again as well!

Huge store and options! Josh helped us and answered any questions without any pressure. Was extremely nice and easy to talk with! Catherine helped us as well and was extremely nice also! Andre checked us out to complete the experience! He was extremely nice as well! The whole process was a pleasant experience!

Excellent experience. I went back a couple of times to check on the set I had in mind before finally being able to bring my husband. We got the bedroom set, mattresses, and a mechanical base. It was so helpful to be able to buy them all in one place, knowing it would all fit together. Excellent service by Michelle throughout the entire process.

Jay was super helpful, and the furniture pieces we ordered were exceptionally priced and comfortable beyond anything we have had before. Delivery was 2 weeks faster than their website suggested. Great experience. We've used Ashley for years and will continue to do so in the future.

Highly recommend Ashley Furniture. Returning customer. Always greeted with employees who have a smile on their face and propt to offer their assistance. Customer service is helpful but not pushy. Prices are fair and products are of good quality. Julio was our customer service rep who did an excellent job. Will certainly be returning for future purchases!

Heather was a great salesperson. Very helpful and just right amount of help. We did find a chair that was better suited for our needs, but I would not hesitate to shop Ashley and ask for Heather.

Upon entering, I was looking at a sectional that I liked but was then greeted by Bryant. I showed him the sectional I was looking at online and he showed me the floor model. I was considering a different color until I saw the other color in person so decided on that. He asked for the online price & said he could beat it and he did. He was professional and personable. He was thorough and explained the charges & made sure the design was correct.

My sales professional today was Karan, and he was absolutely incredible! He walked me through the whole store asking questions to find the perfect couch for my home, and also made sure the couch I loved fit my budget!! I couldn’t be happier with the service I received today, Karan was personable, polite, and professional. I can’t wait to get my couch! I went in for a sofa. Michelle McCall greeted me. She was so helpful, friendly, personable and professional. She helped me find everything I was looking for. Even looked some things up on the .com store to help me find some floor lamps they didn’t carry in the store. So I was able to order them as well.
