Great place. If you do not feel like getting out of your car, this Cox has a drive thru, but you can not purchase lottery through the drive-thru.

Love this place for the big Phillies sweet .And Hennessy

Cox's is the best local go-to for spirits, liquor, lotto, etc in Louisville. I'm not a cigar or tobacco person, but there always seems to be customers in the humidor.

Always super friendly staff, even though you can tell how overworked and busy the Middletown location can get, the people who work there are always troopers and speedy.

Stay away from the large chains (ie Liquor Barn) and support a local, employee-owned/profit sharing company!

Excellent service, staff are helpful, courteous, and professional. Stock is good, better than some (most?) of the smaller Cox locations

My visit at cox smokers was very polite and very respectful his name was Emery I go through there a lot very polite store Jennifer as waited on me and Emery is the only one I know that's the only ones ever waited on me but they're very polite and very respectful to their customers your husband the other ones waiting on me too but I don't know their names very clean store all in one very respectful employees
