Lexus of Louisville

I found the exact car I have been looking for at Lexus of Louisville, put a deposit down, and traveled from Wisconsin to pick up the car, all in a matter of days.

Overall, the sales experience was excellent from top to bottom. Matt Powers is someone I would recommend if you are thinking of buying from Lexus of Louisville in general, but especially if you are buying from out of state. Matt is relaxed in that easy southern way while also being highly efficient and competent. He gave me tremendous peace of mind buying from out of state, communicated regularly, and is a really good-natured and amiable guy to boot. My sales experience could not have been better or smoother. 5 stars ++ for Matt. Chelsea also was a star getting the paperwork completed in short order and at answering all my questions.

Including the test drive, I was at the dealer maybe an hour before I left, keys in hand!

The dealership did send me off without registering the tire pressure sensors after they replaced the tires, so still working with them to get this resolved so the system works properly. It's a pretty simple fix. Other than that, I love the new car and we made it back to Wisconsin perfectly.

UPDATE: Matt and the service team reached out with solutions for the tire pressure system, and I am confident they will stand with me to get it all sorted out. Buying this car with this team was the best decision I could have made. 5 star experience all the way. ✨

Scheduling via phone was easy and the person who took my call was very knowledgeable about what specific things went in to the mileage interval service. They also ensured I would receive a loaner vehicle during my cars stay. I did have to reschedule my original appointment due to weather and that process was made easy as well.

Upon arrival to my appointment I was assigned to Hunter as my service rep. When checking in there was a mix up on my appointment schedule but Hunter was able to accommodate me without a hitch, even though I wasn’t showing in system. They even were still able to honor the loaner vehicle. Hunter was friendly, knowledgeable and quick to communicate throughout my experience.

During the service process there was an additional recommended service that came up post inspection that was pretty pricey. Hunter was very communicative and worked with me on getting the price down below the initial quote which made me feel like they empathized with my situation and valued me as a customer more than absolute profit margin.

Overall, I’d rate the customer service an A+ and left felt confident my vehicle was well taken care of. I’ve had many premium vehicles over the years and my service experience here was amongst the best. I would totally recommend Lexus of Louisville to anyone needing their vehicle serviced.

There are 2 small things that would have made my experience even better: 1) payment by app, 2) a more thorough vacuuming of the interior post maintenance. Overall, though, it was still 5 stars for me.

We bought an IS 350 F sport and the experience was excellent. They went over the options and how everything works. The paperwork was quick as far a paperwork goes. We feel like we got a good deal, too.

The service I received on my 40,000 mile checkup was excellent . I highly recomendable Cameron Rudd as the service representative. He was professional, explained exactly what they would be doing, what costs were involved and the approximate wait time involved. He made my visit a very positive experience . High marks to the entire service center.

I have worked with this dealership before, and I find it the most friendly, fair, and competent dealership that I have dealt with. I live in Nashville, but I return here for my Lexus needs. I had a fantastic experience at Lexus of Louisville, all thanks to David Nix in the parts department. He educated me on the competitive landscape where other dealerships sell parts online at barely above cost. What really impressed me was his willingness to price match an online deal for an F-sport wheel and arrange overnight pickup, saving me from a long wait and still at a great price. This kind of customer-focused service and smart pricing really sets them apart!

The people at Lexus are wonderful! They were kind and knowledgeable. I did not feel any pressure at all to buy or release and they were willing to work with us to get us the suv we wanted at the price point we were looking for. From the time we walked in the door all employees were professional. Dealership was enormous and well kept. Bill Marshall was are salesperson. Best car salesman I ever had to deal with.

Our purchase of a new Lexus was a positive experience in every way. Tom Seeforth, the sales rep, was very patient with us, explaining all the choices and all the features on the various models. Fortunately, the Louisville dealership had many cars to choose from. We did a test drive and loved the quick pick-up, quiet ride, and comfortable seats on the RX. We found exactly the car we wanted - exactly. Lexus has several ways to pay - cash, lease, or finance, and they explained them all to us. We even purchased an extra maintenance plan to prepay and lock in future maintenance costs. Their finance guy was great as was their Sales manager. Special thanks to their “techie” who demonstrated all the car’s features and helped us set up the online services that abound on this car. We really like these guys. Best major purchase experience we’ve ever had.

Both my husband and I have been taking our cars for service at Lexus of Louisville since we purchased them in 2020, and have had nothing but excellent service every time. The service managers are all knowledgeable and straightforward, never pushy. Having your car serviced by the dealership tends to be more expensive, but knowing our cars are receiving excellent care and maintenance is worth it.

Excellent experience here this past Monday as I was coming in to pickup a car I had reserved and was trading for. Adrian kept me informed throughout the process as this was a car ordered from Japan. A real pro and classy. Armin is the most polished and down to earth Finance Managers I have ever dealt with. His brother Adis is also sharp and helped me with some tech before driving off. All of these gentlemen made me feel at home and were a pleasure to interact with. I would send any friends/colleagues to Lexus of Louisville without hesitation. First class experience.

Love taking my vehicle here for service. I had a Lexus years ago and now I have a Lexus again. I now remember how awesome it is to have this place when it’s time to take your vehicle in for any kind of maintenance. There is a warm and inviting place to relax with snacks and drinks and and TV if you’d like or you can watch the vehicles being worked on. There’s an app that allows you to know exactly what stage your vehicle is in and when it’s done as well!! They are GREAT!!!

Appointment was made on a convenient day and time: service was thorough and at a very reasonable cost. My car was taken to to and from the shop for me. I am very pleased.

Paul, Salesman was very helpful and informative throughout the process. He was accommodating and even came in on his day off to work with me. Extremely busy so ended up being short with my car training but offered to me to come back. Financing process very efficient but had to wait.

I had a good experience purchasing my new car from Lexus of Louisville from receptionists to final delivery expert, Bill. We had an issue with hail damage to car in transport and they found another vehicle with more options at no extra charge to me. My salesman Malek was easy to work with and professional.
