I had to return an item so I went to the customer service desk at the front of the store before I started shopping. The lady that processed my return was super friendly and accommodating! My whole shopping experience yesterday was awesome!!! Great job Kroger!!!

Managers are very helpful and friendly. Everyone has a smile on their faces and are glad to help you. Produce is fresh and the place is clean as a whistle.

Shopping at this Kroger is always a pleasant experience. Tonight was exceptional. I was doing some last minute grocery shopping for Christmas and I needed some deli meat. The online close time said 10pm, but the close time was in fact 8pm. When I asked the deli clerk if she was closed she said she was but she would be happy to still serve me. She was kind and she was accommodating. I am very thankful for Maria’s service and I am blown away that even at closing time she was happy and willing to serve me. Well done Maria! Merry Christmas!

They have updated their kiosk to read your credit or debit cards. I like the new look and It's always a great place to get your groceries.

This is all about the GREAT customer service I received at this store! I had flown to Louisville for my Aunt's 96th birthday. The week before I pre-ordered her cake by phone for pick up when I arrived, but there was a little mix up with the order. I mention this because the bakery folks went out of their way, took care of it in a jiffy, and handed me a gorgeous cake. It’s not the mistake but the fixing that makes for great customer service, thank you. Now for the BIGGIE! When I checked out with the cake I spoke with the gentleman working there - his name is ERNEST - mentioned my Aunt's birthday and he was absolutely sweet about it and wished her a happy birthday. But wait, it gets even better! When I brought my Aunt grocery shopping a few days later, Ernest recognized me. I introduced my Aunt and he was so kind and generous and lovely to her that it felt like her birthday was still being celebrated. He made her feel like a Queen. If this store has staff awards, Ernest deserves a medal, employee of the year, or at least employee of the month. THANK YOU for celebrating my Aunt and for making my visit to Louisville extra special!

Great deli selection - they have really good lunches that you can get which are relatively inexpensive; including a selection of in-house made sushi.

My only complaint with this Kroger isn't actually the fault of Kroger, it's that of its customers. Every time I visit there are carts strewn about the parking lot, including carts just sitting in parking spaces less than 5 feet from a corral. How lazy do you have to be to not walk the extra 5 feet in order to put a cart inside of a corral?

good place for quiet shopping, due to all this chaos tho, was kinda scary walking in, but i've always enjoyed just looking around for some fruits and cheese or snacks to bring back to work for me and friends to eat. lovely atmosphere for me, always had a nice interaction with the staff as well. also HAS PLACE TO PARK BIKE! very essential for me, i do not own a car.

Great location. Large store with many product offerings. I enjoy stopping by for lunch. They have great sushi options, a large salad bar and great deli items. They also have a nice Cafe area by the Starbucks to sit down and eat inside the store!

Always a great experience ! Friendly helpful staff. Clean place Produce Dept. Is phenomenal. Great prices too! This Kroger makes the Garland of Roses and Lilly's for the Kentucky Derby and the Kentucky Oaks Always a place to go for good products at got value.

This is by far the best Kroger I've ever been to! They have many lanes open, little to no waiting and I even saw the managers helping out, bagging groceries! The shelves were totally stocked & their produce selection is amazing. I choose to shop here, rather than any other grocery.

The service and the items available at the Kroger in Middletown are extraordinary and the food, exemplary, the employees are very friendly, helpful and you can always depend on getting what you want at anytime, and nearly any hour.
This trip for the first time we took advantage of the little cafe that they have and the food that they have available in the deli, it was wonderful.
