Sunergos Coffee

Best coffee in Louisville! And one of the few places where you can get an actual 6 ounce flat white. Highly recommend. Friendly staff and lots of fun touches.

Great coffee. Single origin batch brew was delicious. I enjoyed the space a lot; it's so nice when they roll up the garage door!
Vibe was a little confusing, but I didn't mind too much. Super good thirdwave coffee in a space that resembles those classic second wave coffee roadhouses. Give them a try!

Very good mango smoothies!! Loved it. Me and my friend with their dog. They have an area with a bunch of windows that's dog friendly. And they even have a water bowl for the dogs! Very nice. Will come again.

Best quality coffee in town! One of the few coffees in town that doesnt burn up my stomach. This location is a small shop so if you're planning to work or have a meeting there, I'd get there early (esp. in the cold season) to get a table to sit at.

I'm picky and Sunergos makes one of the best Cafe Mieles (with oat milk) ever! Love their beans too for the days I'm brewing at home. Norris location has small inside area to sit, and some outdoor seating, including an area that is covered (I believe it's a converted garage), so factor this into your visit during peak times in cooler, winter months. Staff is friendly and patient, the atmosphere is bustling yet cozy, and the coffee is wonderful.

I have never eaten food here before. They usually serve muffins and such... They mix up the coffee choices everyday or so. You can get coffee from Tanzania, Brazil, etc. The staff is okay, feels a little standoffish at times. That aside, the service is great and prompt. They will help you if you need it, just have some kind of idea before you venture in to make the transition smoother. Beside coffee, there are many choices of tea and hot chocolate.

You simply can’t beat the coffee at Sunergos.

I love the simple menu and fast service.

At this location they have a nice stand up area for those who prefer to sip and work while standing.

The bourbon Rice Krispie treats are amazing!

I was in Louisville for two days and this cafe was across the street i was staying at. The coffee was great and pastries were a bit too sugary for me, but delicious nonetheless. People working were very nice. Loved the vibe. Was the best thing in the mornings. Wish i could come back again

To start I actually worked for a high end wholesale coffee company that served Aspen in the late 90’s - way before coffee became a thing in the USA... I quickly became a coffee aficionado and understood what coffee is, especially carefully curated coffee. I’ve had good coffee all over North & South America and Sunergos Coffee is with the best of the best. The aroma, cleanliness of the beans, the finish, the stimulation of the palette... I could go on but you get the idea. It’s not cheap but for goodness sake put down the bag of Starbucks and go spend a little more for REAL. DELICIOUS. EXQUISITE. COFFEE! So that’s a reviewing their Whole Bean bags of coffee. I also ordered an Americano with an extra shot - delicious, perfectly poured, strong flavor... the shop itself was very nice, clean, easy to find, roomy... two college aged girls working were super friendly and were quite knowledgeable about their products. To be able to have such an exemplary coffee experience in Louisville is something to be thankful for. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND paying them a visit, IF you like coffee - REAL coffee... 👍🏻

The Cafe Miele was nice! Perfect for the fall. The cheddar biscuit was incredible. It was almost like biting into a grilled cheese made with biscuit. Ask them to warm it up. Glad we saw the goose!

Beautiful spot, nice place to eat (mainly drink one of their fantastic black & whites). Everything drop biscuits are AMAZING. Smoothies- delicious. Just stopped in for one, and a couple getting married dressed to the nines came in for some coffee right before close! And, if that doesn’t tell you how good it is.. I don’t know what will!

As a former employee, and regular customer for over 5 years now, I have to say: Sunergos coffee is just the best. At the Norris location you will find hospitable baristas, award winning espresso, and a nice outdoor patio you can bring your dog to. If you’ve never been here before, why wouldn’t you check it out?

Haven't been here in awhile, and my experience tonight did not disappoint. Great coffee coupled with a great atmosphere leads to an amazing experience. Tried one of their seasonal flavors (Spruce Bingsteen), wasn't my favorite but I still enjoyed it. My wife and I come here when they have their coconut coffee (shaken). Hands down the best in the area. I liked that they offer a nice solution for my kids while my wife and I enjoyed our coffee. They offer colored pencils and crayons along with coloring sheets.

Service here was very good. Seating and ambience was even better. Best part? Their cortado (recommended by their barista) was fantastic. I'm an ex-barista and this is the best espresso/steamed milk I've had in a long time. I'm happy I came here.

Beautiful little coffee shop with a wonderful staff. Also, large lattes are quad shots, so a caffeine lovers dream.

The way the Sunergos Coffee barista made it, it tastes like toasted marshmallow with a slightly nutty undertone. The sweet notes have been tempered way down. Delicious!!

OMG this place is sooo awesome! I work at Peace and complained to a co-worker that there was not any good coffee places around the Newburg area. I was pointed to Sunergos . This place does not disappoint. I had the most delicious Chi Tea and spinach , parmasean cheader buscuit. The cozy coffee shop area reminds me the days as a student at Ohio State hanging around the local coffee shops on campus. A very relaxed and chill vibe. I will back, heck my coworkers may asked were the heck I am at!

I always get a mocha. This one tasted like all the others and that's a good thing. They had this one-way door and when we went to sit outside we didn't know that and had to use the front door to go back in and get lids for our coffee.

Love the eclectic vibes and friendly staff. Our coffee shakes made this hot day perfect, open layout and we enjoyed sitting at one of their picnic tables in the shade.
