I wanna give a shout out to my favorite pharmacy crew, the CVS at Douglas Loop. They work so hard & are extremely short staffed. I'm in there a lot because I have, no joke, 30 scripts. My original CVS in Clifton closed, and all the patients had a choice to change, but most went with the CVS in the Highlands. This pharmacy staff works so hard. They are always running around & trying so hard to get everything done as quickly as possible. A lot of times, the drive thru line is long, but I always go inside, &, a lot of times they'll have very few customers. I recommend going inside. Actually seeing them do the work that we all need them to do for us gives you a whole different perspective. They are busting their butts for all of us. Thank you, 2222 Crew, for dealing with a lot of negativity but never stopping. I'm happy that I was sent here. Keep up the great work, guys & gals! I appreciate you all so much.

Tonight, as my husband waited in the pharmacy line with our very sick baby, Christie at the window mentioned a twenty-minute wait. However, Christie's extraordinary kindness shone through when our baby's cries intensified. Without hesitation, she expedited our baby's medication, demonstrating a level of compassion that deeply touched us. This act of genuine care reminded us that there are truly wonderful people out there who willingly go above and beyond. A heartfelt appreciation goes out to the entire CVS pharmacy staff for their exceptional dedication and kindness.

The 24 HR store art 2222 Bardstown road is awesome. The people there make extra efforts to assure that you leave with everything you came to get.
They'll take all the time you need to answer any questions you have. No, they don't always answer the phone because they are busy helping the person standing in front of them. If they didn't have anyone to work that night the store won't be open, just go to drive thru and request what you need.

Went to pick up prescriptions for myself and son being that the CVS Location we normally go to was closed. Kim from the pharmacy dept went above and beyond to try and help us as best she could. Unfortunately my regular CVS Location had my prescriptions tied up and didn't release them. But Kim explained it all to us and even tried to offer us other options. Great pharmacy tech. Extremely satisfied with her help. Thank you!

Like all other business this location is short on staff and overworked but at least they make the effort to have prescriptions ready in a reasonable amount of time, usually a few hours. I drive from fern creek here because that CVS takes 2-3 days to fill a prescription

I have had dealings with CVS (2222 Bardstown Road) for 20 + years and have been very impressed with pharmacy service. The staff is very professional and helpful to customers. When I have questions about medications, they are patient and thorough with information. In addition, the general store staff are equally good. It's been great to deal with employees there over the years. I feel fortunate to have them when needed.

The only place I was able to get an antibiotic filled at 12:30am. Was ready by the time I got there! The guy working was really nice and honestly, Im just so greatful. Thank you to those that work late so when medicine is needed, it can be gotten!

Pharmacy and it's staff is great and very attentive to patient needs and concerns. This is a very busy location, so occasionally I do need to wait a few moments to speak with someone, but when I do, I received undivided attention. They follow through with what they say they will do and get answers to you, as they say they will. Have been very pleased with the service and accuracy I have received from this CVS.

Friendly staff. This location is much bigger than the old one. People complain because they are towing cars of people not shopping there. It's not CVS fault that the surrounding business didn't plan parking for their company.

A GREAT neighborhood pharmacy. Convenient, reliable, friendly and knowledgeable. They go the extra mile. It's a bonus to have a place networked nationwide.

I saw a lot of people don't realize that it *is* open 24 hrs. The door facing Bardstown Rd closes at night, the door onto the parking lot in the rear is always open.

It was a 7 min wait to reach someone which is understandable due to staff shortages, but Brandon was very polite and helpful. Thank you!!

Everyone is pleasant & helpful. Your pharmacist named Zac is fabulous!

This location is particularly good. The staff is very courteous and professional and prices seem fair.
