This Kroger facility has been the ONLY store whose Floral Department has been able to fill my floral needs over the past several years...thanks to a lady named Lisa. Now, when ever I call, she recognizes me and knows what my order is and fills it beautifully. Thank you again Lisa...and Kroger.

This is a very convenient place to shop for locals. I live the wide variety of Kentucky proud items they have and local food. The florist is wonderful and they have a great beer selection. The pharmacy is very professional and fast.

They had a really big selection of different foods. And very put together.

Used the pick up service here for the first time and the woman who brought out my groceries was very friendly and made my day which wasn't going great at the moment.

Not crowded, went str8 thru self-checkout, I ❤‍🔥 Kroger! Only thing is I don’t wanna buy 5 GD bags of chips just to gettem on sale!

Typical Kroger grocery store. Has all the groceries you need, Cupcakes; Organic Food; Cheese; Bread; Milk. You name it. Large variety. $5 Sushi every Wednesday.

This is one of my favorite Kroger stores, has a decent deli selection even after the deli closes, employees are friendly people and always anxious to help when you need it. It's a little out of my way but it's worth it.

I am just here to give a huge shout of gratitude to the produce department. My little family eats a lot of fresh vegetables and fruit. The produce section here is always beautiful. If something seems to be running low, you can always look up and find someone already re-stocking. I think the produce section would be really difficult to work in; lifting boxes that are always heavy and constantly having to re-stock because fruits and vegetables go bad quickly. I hope you print this and post it in the break room. Thank you for working hard. Thank you for showing up. My family eats beautiful food and that is made possible by people like you. Your hard work is appreciated, even if most people won't stop and say thank you.

This grocery store is the best grocery store in Louisville Kentucky. The staff will bend over back wards to make sure you are happy. The food is always fresh .This is the cleanest in town . I have to travel and pass 4 other Kroger's to shop at this location.That how good a store it is.

Shopped there this morning. I hate grocery shopping. But this experience was not bad at all. The staff were friendly. I had to ask for help locating items a couple of times and staff offered help with a smile on their faces. The cashier was super friendly. She smiled, was quick and efficient and offered light conversation

You want to make your parents proud and have your father finally accept and respect your life choices and career? Go to Kroger. You want to shake your depression and start making healthy decisions? I like that this Kroger is in the small size, it's easy to navigate and has a good selection. The deli is great for a quick hot meal, including fried chicken, burrito bowls and Cuban sandwiches from Havana Rumba. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Mark P is one of the most humble and kind employees Kroger has, at any store. Experiencing sickness with my first pregnancy, I unfortunately happened to get sick while shopping at this location. After I did my best to clean up my mess and myself, the security here helped find someone to make sure the area was cleaned up by the store. Mark P. assured me that there was nothing to be embarrassed or worried about. He demonstrates one of the best and genuine characteristics of any employee, being able to humbly say "This is part of my job. That's what I'm here for." He assured me that yes, it may be embarrassing, however it happens and life goes on. As many times as I pleaded for him to let me clean it up (let's be honest, who wants to clean up puke anytime or anywhere?), He did his job with a kind smile and a few reassuring words. I am very thankful for someone to work so close to my home where if there is an accident, it's never treated like such. Thank you Mark P., and Kroger, for having a great family grocery.

This Kroger has a fabulous deli, bakery, cheese shop; & olive sushi & salad bar. Their meats--including seafood--are super-fresh. The organic & healthier food They also carry some kitchen items. Prices are great on Kroger-brand items but they offer plenty of higher-end organic & health-food selections
The staff is very helpful. They make shopping there stress-free.

I love the Highlands Kroger. It's really stocked for the culture of the neighborhood. It is always clean and the staff is very friendly. There is a wide array of very healthy and organic foods. The parking has really improved.

This is my regular Kroger store. It's located in the semi-urban Highland's neighborhood so the parking lot is tight. It's open 24 hrs. They have good produce, and the store, in general, is usually well-stocked. It's a very clean store with helpful and friendly staff. An eclectic clientele too. One of the best Kroger's in town. They sell propane for your gas grill as well.
