Great deals for those that like to drink. Pretty good selection on booze I have never seen. Will definitely be making the drive over to get a bottle. For those looking for something of an oddity id recommend checking this place out.

Love this liquor store. They have lots of selections of off brand liquors and wines that are really good finds. Each week they have a variety of closeout beers that are $14.99 a case. I have found Milewide, Sierra Nevada, Stone and many other beers that I love. The staff is friendly and usually helps me carry out my beer cases. :) I highly recommend this store for a fun, eclectic at times and cheery place to get good deals and quality products. This is some of my stash of amazing beer deals.

Great selection & very knowledgeable. We had a great conversation about the history of bourbon distilleries in Louisville. Plus I purchased a bottle of Booker’s.

Met Robert, owners son, and was very impressed with his knowledge. I'm a whiskey collector and heard about this store recently. Glad I stopped by. He buys a lot of extra/leftover/need to clear out bottles from the distributors and offers them at a very good price. For a small store it has an excellent collection. (I only paid attention to whiskeys honestly)

Diverse and interesting collection of products, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and some seriously worthwhile discounts if you keep an eye out for them. Definitely recommend if you're looking for your usual or something new to mix things up.

Oh yeah, SCHRECK'S IS THE BEST LIQOUR STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I LOVE THE SIZE OF IT, THE HOSTS, AND THE VARIETY. THEY ACTUALLY HAVE DOSCOUNT BEER; A GOOD SELECTION! PLEASE GO AND SEE THE BEST, INTIMATE LIQOUR STOP.

Went here for some wine. Good selection of spirits and wine. Counter employees seemed very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Their prices are amazing in a very good way.

This place is dope because not only are the workers great helpful ultra friendly people but they have super deals on liqour. 50$ got me a box of booze! Now I can try new things without much fear of loss. My only liqour store I'll go to from now on. I 💗 you folks and thank you.

Absolutely awesome, has a bunch of craft beers and every time I've been in they've had discount beer for a crazy good price. $5 for a 6 pack of craft beer? Hell yeah!

Awesome liquor store for rare finds. They are famous for having close out liquor deals on good bourbon and rye. I try to swing by to see what they have whenever I am in the area.

Small but adequate for finding a bargain!

If you want to shop locally Schreck's is the place. If you love wine and are on a budget ive gotten fantastic reds and whites in their overstock area. $3.99 to $4.99 you never know what you'll find, and so far its been great. Friendly staff with lots of knowledge.

At $16.00 for a 24 count of closeout beer and other canned or bottled beverages (like root beer and ginger beer), you're paying $0.33 PER CAN OR BOTTLE!
That's way crazy low on price. If you check their Facebook, you can see what's available to save a trip.
Without inflation, that price was last seen between 1974 and 1975...

This place is a hidden gem! A deceptively tiny venue packed with a surprisingly decent selection, Schreck's somehow manages to stock the city's best selection of bargain-priced booze on their $3.99 and $4.99 racks. And it's not all junk, not at all!

Often, if I'm grabbing a last-minute dinner party wine but don't have a high budget, I'll stop in here to find something on a great deal. I have yet to pick one that didn't please. Many "clearanced" bottles simply seem to be older label designs of otherwise fresh and desirable products.

Add to this the fact that the staff is personable and helpful, and you've got a winner for most of your wine, beer, and spirits needs.

Very friendly service. Fair prices. If they do not have what you want, they will order and go out of the way for great customer service. Wine sales on regular basis. Great spot! :)

The selection ranges from average to wild. The discounted, unusual liquor flavors are always a total deal. We tried Stolichnaya Chocolate Raspberry and really liked it. It was almost half the price of a regular bottle of Stoli. Shreck's close a little earlier than some of the other area liquor stores, but it is totally worth checking out. You'll likely save a lot of money if you're stocking up for a party, and looking around in there is a fairly amusing experience.
