Color Craft Painting

Crews did an excellent job on the exterior of our home. We are so happy with the quality and the colors!

Color Craft Painting painted our 4 car garage. They sent two guys who did a fantastic job in the time they said it would take. Jim and his younger co worker were great to work with; very meticulous and it showed in the finish product. When they left the site you couldn't even tell they had been there. They even have a final survey to rate the painters at the end. Matt and his entire crew were very nice and friendly. We will definitely use them again!!

Our experience was great from beginning to end. Starting with Matt getting us set up for painting to the awesome crew that painted the interior of our house. It is beautiful and I’m so thankful for all of them.

I allege the following. I hired Color Craft & Matt to paint the exterior windows on my Cherokee Triangle Apartment building. We live out of town so I was not able to be there to watch & monitor their work. I trusted that the work was being done correctly. I have long term tenants so I did not think I needed to go in & check everyone’s windows. Turns out of after the fact & after paying in full that I realize they painted every single window that they worked on shut. I thought I had hired professionals & certainly did not think that a professional would paint windows shut. I know that they all opened because I repaired & painted them all myself the 1st time. I made sure they all opened, which was a great deal of work. Also after getting some of the storm windows repaired & trying to put them back in place, & finding it impossible to do so, discovered that the storm windows were put back on backwards by Matt’s “ painters”& this is on the 2nd floor which is very hard & expensive to get anyone to remedy. At 1st glance the work looks good, then when you actually start checking things out u find that it’s all just “window dressing” so to speak & they have rendered your windows non functioning. I have called Matt many times & he has NEVER returned my call. Not once.

I hired him to paint my exterior trim and do some interior work. I called with a question after giving him my deposit and he took almost a week to respond. Then he sent guys out to do start the work at around 5PM without notifying me in advance. I had invited a friend for dinner and we had to endure the sounds of them pressure washing my home while trying to have dinner. He also put up a sign in my yard advertising his business without my permission. the next day, again without warning, he sent workers over in the early morning hours and I saw them peering in my windows when I walked downstairs to make breakfast not full dressed because I wasn't aware they were there. I called him to express my dissatisfaction and he said he would start another job since I wasn't satisfied. He then refused to refund my full deposit. Also, his workers left my side gate wide open both times they were there. Overall, I was offended by the utter lack of professionalism and basic courtesy shown on his part, and I would not recommend this person to anyone.
