Target

I love Target in general, this one specifically is in-between where I work and live. They always have what I need and staff is friendly. With the prices being competitive with other stores why fight the crowd at the other stores?

The Target store at Bashmanor Lane has been my favorite and the reason I prefer to shop there is the cleanliness inside the store, the staff is friendly, and always ready to assist anytime. In general, the Target return policy is amazing, and doesn't matter where you bought your item, you can return it at any store with ease. Kudos Target!

I always enjoy target, but I've been having trouble with my reward card, so the last 3 times I went I wasn't able to get my 5 percent off. Employees were not helpful with me and my reward card. Sorry, I love target, but sometimes it just doesn't pay

A little worn, but as it’s Target, fun and the variety of options make this great. As I know the layout I enjoy this store. Lately I’ve noticed a lack of stock. But, typically, they have pretty much everything.

I love Target so much. Candace, at the Bashford Manor store was amazing. She went above and beyond to greet me when I walked in. She even checked out my items for me. We discussed our love of Fall candles! She was wonderful and so personable.

This Target is always clean which I appreciate and their beauty section is wonderful - huge and organized! It honestly seems like a Sephora! All employees I have encountered have been nice and polite.

I have been looking for a particular item, only sold at Target, for weeks. It has been unavailable online. It came to my attention this (my store) had it in stock. However, it was not in the 2 locations where it should be. So, I asked a teammate, Makayla, who was stocking for help. She was extremely friendly, listened attentively, and after a few minutes was able to locate the item. I've been to 3 states in the last 2 weeks searching and this lovely young lady made my day. Please, Bashford Manor Target, recognize you have a gem in customer service with Makayla!!! She gets 5 BIG Stars in my book!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love this target!! Go here all the time! Today, I had an exceptional experience. Every single employee was working hard, had a great attitude and greeted me around every corner. Great selection of food and children's clothes. Also has a Starbucks and food depot in case you need a coffee or a snack. Can't say enough great things about this target!!

This is by far my favorite Louisville Target. They always have the best selections & their dollar spot is usually the first to be refreshed in the Louisville area. I also commend them on their cleanliness. After the crazy New Year’s deals their clearance sections were extremely organized. I actually enjoyed looking through the selection.

Excellent and quick return policy! Other stores should learn from Targets! Putting Guest Services near Entrance door is a major "Plus" and shows Target truly understands great "Customer Service" and knows how to give it! Thank you Target!
