Lela is the assistant And she was so consistent and considerate on my first and second visit.Her level of competency and her ability to cater and care for my needs was exemplary...Stephanie Decher is the office manager And I could not believe how chip her and super happy.She was so early in the morning. I thought it was a one time thing until my second visit and I found that she was genuinely a perky.And up the person who cared about the needs of everyone.And she inspected that entire office to make sure all of the staff were on point at all times... Even though I was in a super rush my first visit.She made sure things ran smoothly and that I understood everything about my billing before I left my first and my second visit. Dr. Far Is simply a gentle giant. It was scary to me the amount of care that he and his staff gave me. So I told them because I've been to so many dentist with all of the car accidents that I've had. They have helped me this time to understand everything and bring my total dental care into A feasible reality... Everything happens for a reason and even after all that i've been through with so many dentist offices I'm so glad I found the parkside family dental office at this season of my life.

I owe so much to Dr. Farr, I was starting to have tooth pain from a cavity I kept putting off and he got me in immediately! He did everything he could to save my tooth but unfortunately I needed a root canal. The doctor who was recommended was absolutely amazing and said herself that Dr. Farr has the best temps crowns. This whole experience was stressful and everyone was just fantastic and kept me reassured and calm.

Dr. Graboviy provides the most excellent care. I found Parkside’s practice after a long period where I had not gone to the dentist. Dr. Graboviy and his wonderful staff couldn’t have been more understanding and accommodating. The care that Dr. Graboviy provides is exceptional. Thank you Dr. Graboviy and staff.

One of the Best Dental Office that I have ever been to. Both dentist Dr. Farr and Dr. Graboviy very informative and very well detail about exams and procedures. The staff always greets you with positive energy. Highly RECOMENDED.

Had to have an emergency appointment for a bad toothache. They squeezed me in and handled all the work asap. Everyone in the office was helpful, informative, and made me feel comfortable.

Had a not so pleasant experience at another office and was looking for a new dentist. Found this practice through Google and my gut told me it was a great choice. Boy! I Would give 10 stars if I could! The office was so clean! The front staff was so kind and welcoming. Dr. Mimi and my hygienist were amazing! Personable, knowledgeable, kind, humorous and thorough. The dental assistant was funny and kind and made me giggle a bit while taking my dental impressions. I felt so comfortable! No push for upsales at all. Time flew by quickly and painlessly! I can’t wait for my next visit. Thanks a bunch for such a great experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Graboviy's for the last 17 years, following him through several relocations as the practice grew, and can say that I have consistently had the best dental care available anywhere. The clinic is pleasant and spacious, the staff are wonderful and kind, and do a fantastic cleaning. They value your time as much as theirs, so there is no absurd waiting. Dr. G is not only a remarkably talented dentist, always on the cutting edge of technologies and methods, he is also a cheerful and reassuring presence in the face of any issues I have presented to him, from placing implants to remaking bridges and keeping a watchful eye on my oral health in general. My dental journey has not been an easy one--but he makes it far easier than it would be. Plus, he laughs a lot and truly cares about his patients' lives beyond the dental chair.

Highly would recommend Parkside Family Dental! My dental hygienist, Annie, was so kind and gentle during my first visit. Dr. Mimi was also kind and I felt like I had a great exam. They took the time to listen to my concerns and it was a safe, clean environment.

We love Dr. Graboviy. Always feel as if he truly does his best for you in your individual situation. He is knowledgeable and experienced and takes into account his patients concerns and needs. Really listens and cares which is harder to find these days and because of this we, my 17 yr old and I readily will go to the dentist! His staff is courteous and welcoming and seem to be aware of their patients in the waiting room and the time waiting seems to matter as appts are mostly punctual and on time. We do enjoy going there seeing the "smiling" eyes and being treated professionally and courteously by everyone at Parkside Family Dental.

We highly reccomend Parkside Family Dental! For our first appointment with them they were very accommodating and were able to schedule my husband, my daughter, and myself at the same time. The staff was extremely helpful and informative during our check ups, but my favorite quality would have to be how well they took care of my 3 year old daughter. She was a little nervous, but warmed up to the staff very quickly and now she wants to be a dentist when she grows up!

Usually not the type to leave reviews. But I couldn’t resist. Dr Mimi was incredible for my cleaning and for the feelings I had done. She was knowledgeable, communicative, comforting and made sure I was doing ok throughout the entire procedures. I will for sure keep her as my Dr for the time I stay in Louisville. Keep up the good work Dr Mimi!

I love Parkside Family Dental, if I could rate them any higher than 5 stars, I would. They are so welcoming, efficient, and professional. Their prices are always affordable and the staff provides an unbeatable experience! Sally is my dental hygienist and she treats me more like a friend than a patient. I’ve never trusted a dental office more than them and I’m a forever customer.

Had my six month cleaning and checkup at Parkside Family Dental. I have always been apprehensive about Dentists due to all of the horror stories about unnecessary work and never really having a pleasant experience. Who knew a visit to the dentist could be so comfortable and inviting?!

Annie’s bedside manner was amazing and was super informative about what she was doing and making sure I was comfortable. Dr. Mimi was straightforward and professional with what I actually needed versus what I could have done, and provided reasonable approaches that weren’t overly aggressive or expensive. Megan was super helpful in explaining the billing and dental benefits in a way that I could understand.

There were no surprise costs, and they didn’t try to push anything on me. I will definitely be back in six months for my next appointment!

My mom has been my dental hygienist my entire life so I had high expectations for my first appointment. I can honestly say this is a wonderful practice and I am very happy with my choice. I love all of the staff and have always received 5-star treatment. My teeth feel great and I highly recommend Parkside Dental!

One of the nicest dentist offices I have been in. The front desk staff, hygienist, and Dr were so pleasant. The hygienist explained all the processes she was doing and this office has the latest equipment making the entire cleaning very efficient. The doctor did a thorough examination and was very knowledgeable and welcoming. The office is beautiful as well! Very happy we found Parkside Family Dental, I will be recommending in the future.

Everyone was professional, super friendly and knowledgeable. Elaina was very welcoming and made my initial appointment a breeze. The hygienist Sally explained everything to me thoroughly and I left my appointment feeling confident that my needs were taken care of. Dr. Graboviy was also great! He explained what he saw on my x-rays and gave me all of my options. Makaya went over my estimate with me and explained exactly how my insurance paid which was super helpful. I'm so glad I found this office!

My experience at Parkside Family Dental was absolutely wonderful! The entire staff was very warm and friendly. They were helpful through every step of the process and really took the time to get to know me. I look forward to my visits at Parkside and would highly recommend them to anyone. You will not be disappointed. Dr Ming and Dr Graboviy are a great team and work together to make sure every patient that walks through the door receives the best care possible. The office is updated and in a very convenient location in the Highlands. They make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in, offering Keurig coffee and tea. Even hot chocolate!!

I love going to Parkside Family Dental! From the reception, to the hygienists, to the doctor -- everyone is great! I especially love seeing my hygienist, Sally! She does a spectacular job cleaning my teeth, and is extremely friendly and comforting. Dr. Graboviy is very good at what he does! I recommend everyone experience this place!
