I have never purchased a car from anywhere but a dealer frankly because I don't trust Used Car lots. Eau Hallie had the exact car I wanted, So I went to see it skeptically. The car was exactly as represented and Rich listened and willing to make an agreement that satisfied us both. I walked away very happy and I felt unexpectedly satisfied with the entire process. My brother and I had the pleasure of working with rich and Marc to purchase a car for my mom. Rich was super helpful and friendly. He let us roam the lot with no pressure and when we had seen a couple we liked he was very upfront with both vehicles. We went for a test drive in the car she picked out and she loved it. It was pretty late and we didnt want to make him stay later then necessary so he worked out that we could come back on Thursday and have the car and paperwork available for us. By far the best place to get a car. I just got into an accident taking Uber every day. I was able to text at 6 in the morning and Rich replied right away. UNBELIEVABLE he worked with me all day long to get a car and even helped me get to the dealership!!! I will never buy a car anywhere else! He is so experienced and I feel so lucky to have found them!
