The Baxter Decatur Apartments

The Baxter is the place to be, or should I say live. The property is well kept, everything works like it should, the tenants are friendly and approachable, in addition the operations are well managed. Gigi the property's representative, is awsome, her customer service is A-1, she goes above and beyond the call to duty to try to please us residents. It's a smooth ride with her on the job. Thanks Gigi, I appreciate all you do.

The only thing could be better is an extended time window for access to the rooftop like maybe till 12:00 am. Only because the property has on-site security 24-7. Cameras, and officers. A lot of residents I've came into contact with work late hours and we don't get to enjoy the rooftop amenities before 10:00 pm. I'll raise my star 🌟 level to a 5, once the time window is expanded for us who don't get home from work until after 9:00 pm.
I hope this will help future residents. I posted this review to celebrate 🥳 the new and improved management team, today 2/28/24. And within that same hour, I received a call from Gigi, accompanied with management, in regards to resident concerns/or grievance about paying for an amenity but due to work hours not able to access,the luxury of the rooftop atmosphere. This is awsome that they really care about serving my request, even taking the time to look into it. I'm confident that this team of professionals will work something out to accommodate me. Go team Baxter.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Gigi at Baxter Decatur Apartments, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked into the leasing office, Gigi's warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for our entire visit.

I had the most fantastic experience with the leasing office! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted warmly by Veronica. They went above and beyond to make the entire leasing process seamless and stress-free.

I absolutely love this community. Everyone has been very pleasant and easy to work with in the office. The grounds are well maintained and it’s a very convenient location!

My experience has been great! The front office is very accommodating and professional. The property is nice and kept up. I’ve only been here a few months now but I really enjoy living here thus far. I have everything within walking distance restaurants, gym, and onsite activities.

The move in process is extremely easy with helpful, responsive leasing agents. The keyless apartment entry is a modern up-to-date bonus. You can never be locked out of your apartment. Accessible safe parking for guests. Nice amenities!

Post move-in update: We’ve been so grateful for how quickly the maintenance team has handled all of our requests since moving in. Darrell has done a phenomenal job fixing every issue we’ve needed help with and almost always in less than 24 hours. Leaky dishwasher - promptly fixed. We needed help installing a new shower head - promptly helped. The barn door was off its track - quickly put back into place. Darrell is professional, prompt, highly-skilled at what he does and always helps out with a smile on his face. The office staff also continue to be extremely kind and helpful - Tiffany, Cameron and Alma answer our multitude of questions whenever we pop down to the office. So grateful to be living here!

My wife and I moved from Florida and the management staff could not have been more helpful. They are extremely professional and amicable under all circumstances. The apartment was in great condition. All work orders were handled quickly and efficiently. The maintenance staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly too. The grounds and amenities are kept clean. Sadly we had to return to Florida, but I highly recommend the Baxter-Decatur and appreciate the property manager, Cole, and how he runs this property!

We are just moving in however, what we've seen so far has definitely exceeded our expectations. Cam has been OUTSTANDING! From the day we inquired about the residence here to the day we moved in he has made EVERY stage of the process a FIRST-CLASS experience. Even on his day off he did not hesitate to come and make sure that all of our needs were met. Everyone we have met in the front office are extremely nice and accommodating. The amenities are top-tier and the location cannot be beat. Elated would be an understatement in describing how my wife and I feel about The Baxter Decatur Apartments.

Solis Decatur is a great place to live! The apartments have a modern look and feel. The amenities within the complex give a safe luxury resort vibe and there are several amenities located within walking distance! The various “Smart Partners” with Solis located within the area give pretty good discounts too! Solis is very good about taking care of its residents with social gatherings throughout the year! They make living here fun and worthwhile with contests, and treating us to various type of treats!
The office and maintenance, is really good at making sure the property is always kept it great condition.

I've lived here with my girlfriend for a little over 4 months and our experience has been very pleasant! We love the amenities around the complex, and appreciate that the property is well maintained. If there are ever any issues (i.e. if someone breaks an elevator while moving out) the leasing office is great about communicating updates to residents. Additionally, I can really appreciate the security measures they have in place to make sure that only residents can get in at the ground levels. Our experiences with the front office have been great so far, especially when reserving the roof top for a party earlier last year. All in all this is a great location with a friendly front office team that cares about their residents and takes care of their property. We would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone interested in moving into the area! Final Note - if you speak with Michaela in the front office, she'll do a great job helping you find your next place here.

I genuinely love living here. The property is nicely kept and I love my apartment! The staff is amazing too, especially Marvin and Tiffany! They are always willing to help with any issues I have. They really are some of the best!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Solis Decatur. Darrell, Kaitlin, Luisa in the leasing office are fantastic to work with, always friendly and helpful. James and Cortez are amazing with maintenance requests and keeping everything on site working and looking great, also super friendly. Everyone works hard to know you and make you feel like family. We love our apartment and all the amenities: especially the Starbucks coffee in the clubhouse. Looking forward to using the pool this summer.

Solis Decatur is a great place to live! The interior of the apartments are furnished with a modern look and feel. There are diverse amenities found within neighboring proximity making it living here even more convenient, and there are various “Smart Partners” associated with the community that offer some great discounts and rewards for residents. Additionally, the apartments community quite often even provides treats and goodies for the residents in form of potlucks, parties, breakfasts, brunches, cookies etc.
All the amenities located on the property are always kept clean and in great condition. The office associates and maintenance staff are always friendly and willing to help with anything you might need. We really enjoy living here! This community really cares for its residents!

I recently moved here this month and have fallen in love. There are a lot of apartments in Decatur but none that compares to The Baxter and the property!

If you’re looking for spacious units and beautiful clean amenities this if the place for you! Also the new Manager Cole was so helpful and kind along with the rest of the staff here.

I definitely recommend!

The staff are great and nice. If there are any issues, maintenance tends to get things done before the end of the day. Its a brand new apartment complex so it’s beautiful and there are usually very little to no issues at all. There are really nice amenities like the two fitness centers and dog park to accommodate the residents and their pets. Its literally minutes away from the new shopping center which make fun outside the house extremely convenient. We’ve been residents for 10 months and we love it. Overall experience 9 out of 10 and would definitely recommend to others looking to start new.

The Staff has been amazing, so helpful and friendly since I moved in. I'm very grateful I chose this community.
