Blue skies was recommended to me by some friends. They came and replaced our main water line from the meter to the house because of a leak. We had an unrelated gas leak a few days later that Gas South couldn't find. We called in blue skies and Gareth worked extra hard to help us find the source of the leak. He really saved us! The customer service at this company is unmatched by any other we have worked with. We also really appreciated their communication that helped us understand everything that was going on. You cannot go wrong using this company!!

I called Blue Skies out to go over a complicated master shower system that a big company completely messed up and left alot of guess work behind for someone who actually knows what they're doing. Ron and the team came in figured out the mystery issues which there were 3 and fixed everything in a couple of hours. I was amazed. The price was also very fair, I will be adding on an in-law suite soon and blue skies will be the only plumber I call. I can't say enough good things about Gareth, Ron and the rest of the guys. From the time I scheduled the appointment to our issue being resolved everything was described to me up front! We had a minor gas leak the gas company said we needed a plumber to fix it. Blue Skies Altanta came out promptly and fixed my issue in a few hours.

The people in the call center were so nice and helpful. And of course our tech William was friendly and knowledgeable too. Perfect all around. Easy to schedule, arrives on time, works quickly and gets the job done perfectly! We had an underground drain pipe that had been severed. Ryan located it, dug it out, repaired the pipe, tested the flow, and put everything back perfectly. Not your typical plumber, by a long shot. Super efficient, reasonable prices. From now on, these guys will be my go to when it comes to plumbing issues. Nothing but Blue Skies from now on!

Very pleased with recent service. They replaced our hot water heater. They did everything that they said that they would do, and a little bit more so I'm very pleased and satisfied in terms of custome service and value. Very pleased with the plumber that they sent out -- Ryan. I have a few more things to do around the house, I will be using them again.

I found Blue skies through Thumbtack and they were very responsive! We have been needing to remove a gas fire pit and close off the gas line so it was so nice to be able to get a technician out so quickly. Jonathan was super friendly and professional and even hauled away the fire pit for us. We appreciate the friendly service and would definitely utilize them again for future plumbing needs!

Staying with my elderly parents this week. Sink started backing up. After seeing a review for blue skies on a neighborhood Facebook page, dad called. The woman on the phone was so friendly and nice. She immediately set us up and within a half hour we had a plumber at the door. Ryan was very professional as well as friendly and helpful. Problem solved quickly! I am very impressed!!!!

First-time customer, now future customer. Called at 7:30, had plumber at my house by 9:00. He was very punctual. William was a great plumber. He explained everything in detail and did not try to upsell. I was very pleased by his and his assistant's work. It was a terrible environment to work in( changing a water heater in a tiny dirty crawlspace)
but he completed in a very timely manner. I felt for the difficulty of the situation that the price was more than fair.

We recently had Blue Skies come out to replace a water line on our property after a leak detector located the leak in a hard-to-reach location. Upon digging at the site where we thought the leak was, Blue Skies determined our leak detector was incorrect as there were no signs of a leak in that location. While Blue Skies could have tried to charge us for the 3 hours of work they performed at the wrong location + the separate drilling company they had hired to do the job, they instead worked with us and were very helpful and understanding in finding the CORRECT spot for the leak and ensured it was fixed appropriately and swiftly. Blue Skies could have made this situation much worse and more costly, but they didn't. The owner of the company even called me the following day to ensure everything was handled to my satisfaction. They certainly deserve 5 stars for their professionalism, honesty and good work! Highly recommended.

Great company and service plumbing technicians. Promt, great communication by text and voice, arrived when stated and made quick work of our problem. Very satisfied!

We were in a tricky situation. Our plumber of many years passed away last year and we had an emergency. We were unable to use our kitchen sink or dishwasher for several days. Companies we called showed little interest since it was not a huge job. Blue Skies responded quickly to our call and fixed the problem for a reasonable price. Jonathon was fantastic and knew what he was doing. This an independent local company and I will call them again.

I had emailed them on a Saturday did not expect to hear from them until Monday. However, they emailed me back within an hour and gave me a phone number to contact. Again I contacted the phone number on Sunday thinking I would hear back on Monday but he called me back on Sunday and set up the appointment for Monday morning. William came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate , explained everything they needed to do to replace our 25-year-old water heater and get it up to code. He was able to put in a new one that same day. William was very nice and knowledgeable. Definitely will call Blue Skies again for plumbing issues.

Worked with me to find a time that worked asap. Ryan was out the next day and price was a lot more fair than what I’ve been paying at several other companies. Very pleased with the work. Ryan was thorough on a process that I’m sure he’s done a lot of but took the time to interpret what I was trying to say and fixed the issue.

Blue Skies Plumbing is the best of the best! Big jobs or smaller projects they are on it. Knowledgeable, fair and reasonable estimates, education and suggestions and 5 star customer service before, during and after the site visit. What’s not to like! But best of all the are just nice people that you want to do business with!

Blue Skies Plumbing helped resolve an issue with our plumbing, specifically the well aged faucet system in the tub area. Rance was quick too calm my concern regarding temperature adjustments and the shower. He spent a good bit of time addressing my questions and assuring me that all was well. Blue Skies did a great job. Very professional. They were here when they said they would be and finished the job quickly and efficiently. They pointed out a problem we didn’t realize we had and were able to correct it before they left. We will definitely call them again when we need a plumber.

Blue Skies was the only company willing and capable to actually service my 15-20 year old tankless water heater, saving me possibly years before having to replace it. It's so difficult to find a reliable/honest plumber but I have now achieved that. Thank you!
