Beautiful cafe/bakery with the most fantastic menu!
Absolutely love their pastries, sandwiches, and lattes. Such a chill and laid back atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

Loved the coffee and bakery place. Very cute little spot. The food was really 10 out of 10. That chicken biscuit and the avocado toast were my favorite. Also, the orange mermelade croissant was one really delicious pastry of the many they serve.I had a mocha, and it was perfectly made. I am really happy with the place, the quality of the food, the service. It was an awesome experience. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting looking for a good breakfast coffee place. We will be back whenever in this area. Traveling for work all around the states and getting to experience lots of different coffee houses this is in my top 10.

Oh my goodness! This is the best food I have probably ever tasted in my entire life! I can't say enough good things about this place. The coffee is heavenly (I ordered an iced latte that was amazing and my husband's chai is pictured). The croissants are perfection! The orange marmalade croissant was the best thing I have ever had (not pictured because I ate it too fast!). I also got the omelette on a croissant and it has boursin cheese inside and was amazing. The ambience is heavenly! It is such a lovely little spot, one I can't wait to go back to!

What a way to start a Saturday morning.

Despite a packed restaurant, we were still able to get a table and our food relatively quickly.

The pastries were out of this world, especially the coconut cream cruffin and morning bun. All of our skillets were unique and savory, but the miso kale takes the cake. And the London fog was delicious. Only complaint was the coffee was not my favorite.

Will definitely be returning for another delicious breakfast.

Best bakery in Chattanooga. I am so glad they’re always packed, because we want this place to stay open lol. You can get their sourdough loaves in Whole Foods and Food City, but there’s something special about walking in to a place like this to get your weekly provision. However, for me the stars of the show are their pastry selection, especially their viennoiserie that is very hard to beat, especially for around here. Do try their seasonal cruffins and (my favorite) raspberry croissant. Their lunch selection is also pretty delicious and (I think) gets updated pretty frequently. Enjoy it in their cute little patio.

This place is wonderful. My wife and I always have to stop by when we are in town. Everything is good. The food, the coffee, the bread and pastries!

Popped in for a latte while waiting on the Blue Grass Grass Grill (for well over an hour.) I sorely regret not eating here as well, as everything that passed us looked and smelled wonderful. The line was long but moved quickly, and the latte was ready less than 2 minutes after I ordered.
Excellent coffee! And such a warm, charming atmosphere. Next time, I'll certainly be back for the food!

Super fresh food. Incredible flavors. Coffee was smooth and delicious. Loved the ambiance and natural light on a Saturday morning. I can see why it’s busy! The patio is lovely.

Great vibe and delicious food/coffee! We enjoyed the avocado toast, fingerling potatoes (SO GOOD), and chocolate croissant. Everything was delicious, food was delivered timely, staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and we LOVED the patio! There is some beautiful wall art, and green, luscious, galore. Our daughter enjoyed the little birds that were hopping about.

We are originally from CA (don't judge lol), and this spot reminded us of one of our favorite spots on the CA coast. Parking is free if you use their lot, but expect a crowd because this is a popular place! Dine in, takeout, and order ahead options available!

I adored this cute little quaint bakery during my trip here. Its located along the main street of the city. Theres a small parking lot and you get 2 hours free if you validate inside the bakery. If you get unlucky and find not spots, theres another parking lot further down and street parking.

They had so much variety in pastries, including the cruffin! Everything looked so delicious but I was only able to try the chocolate croissant which was buttery and perfectly flaky.

So delicious, The Fancy was amazing. Staff was super friendly. The line was long but moved quickly.

Really lovely cafe! The food and coffee exceeded our expectations, and we were pleased to be served on ceramic dishes and mugs rather than disposable tableware.

Absolutely worth the wait

5 stars for the food, atmosphere, and prices. To leave a truly fair review, guests should be prepared to wait in a long line bc many people love this place. We were tourist and ate here twice…once for breakfast and once for lunch. Both times the food was out of this world but we had to wait in line for at least 20 minutes. Not horrible but just know.

My most favorite place in all of Chattanooga. Best breakfast, coffee, everything. You can tell that they put a lot of thought and effort into ensuring the best quality food and service. I’m going to miss Niedlovs when we move. My one requirement of wherever we travel next is that there has to be a Niedlovs ;)

Stopped in for a loaf of fresh Bread which is always delicious. I've had bread here before and it's real good. Sour doughty and some others. Enjoyed a some chicken salad and coffee while I was there.

First time visiting your glorious establishment! Had the Ham & Gruyère breakfast skillet. It was the most amazing breakfast that I ever had in a restaurant. I highly recommend the Chocolate Croissant as well. Phenomenal! I was visiting from Pennsylvania to see my boyfriend and I looked up Italian Breakfast's near me and picked this Cafe & Bakery from the list and I am so glad we decided to go and try it out. Very busy on a Saturday morning, but so worth every minute. Love it!!!

Highly recommend. I can’t think of anything to improve: lots of options, beautiful food, we got breakfast and scones - great flavors, self serve on coffee, we couldn’t finish all so had takeaway for later, line moved fast, outside and inside seating. We’ll be back.

Great selection of fun baked goods including tasty treats. Very friendly staff. Eat inside or out. Paid parking with option to validate; we did not validate since it was $2 for 2 hrs.

Great place! Park across the street with the meter if you find parking or they have parking and will give you a slip. The food is fantastic. The bread and baked goods are amazingly fresh and unique and delicious. The cafe has a great mission to help those get work in a society that doesn’t help certain folks get work. The atmosphere is fantastic. I was here months ago but I still had to review this place that’s how memorable it was.

This is absolutely my favorite place to eat or just grab coffee with a friend and catch up! They have the best people, food, pastries, and coffee!! Everything is homemade and very good! I love the place, it’s very comfy, homey, cozy, and warm atmosphere! I enjoy going there! There is room/ space to sit inside, but gets busy so you have to get lucky to sit inside and be cozy! Though there is room outside as well! It does get very busy on the weekends, but it’s worth going! I love it! Very kind and loving people who serve really well!
