Ruth's Chris Steak House

Man, holy smokes... our first Ruth's Chris experience, and it was knocked out of the park!

To start, the bar selection was unheard of, as I had a 12 year Pappy Van Winkle (well priced also). There were also numerous above top shelf selections in bourbon and scotch. My wife had a hibiscus lemon martini, also exceptional.

We were seated promptly, with immediate service. Our server was Gil, who was beyond personable, knowledgeable, timely, and polite. Solid suggestions with honest recommendations that exceeded my expectations for a server- he did not hesitate to share his experiences and likes/dislikes. Continued attention and personal service throughout the meal, my wife and I felt as if we were his only table.

Every course of the meal was exceptional. The Tomahawk was cooked to perfection, coupled with the béarnaise, it was without competition.

I could not recommend more!

Went here with my husband for his birthday, which was a great experience. Daniella was our server, and she was top notch. Very attentive, present, great service. The food was also good. Will return.

Truly have to give a shout out to Anna K tonight! She helped make our 2nd wedding anniversary spectacular. Very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and sweet. She joined in on our laughs and made savory recommendations. We also saw and chatted with Tony who happened to serve us our very first visit back in 2019 for our proposal celebration. Tonight with Anna and in the past with Tony will be memories we will cherish forever.

Had a wonderful experience for my first time at Ruth Chris for my birthday. Sydney our waitress was so delightful to have. She made my night special with a wonderful coffee and cheesecake. The food was delicious. This will be our go to place for special events. Thank you Sydney Agnew.

The Server/Waiter Michael is AMAZING! I can tell he's the kind of person that no matter what is going on in life, he likes to make others feel welcomed. It was my husband's birthday and he was better than the food! He had us laughing through our dinner and that was really important to me because last month my husband's father passed away! It helped having such a great person! Thank you Michael for being such a memorable and kind soul!

One of the best restaurants to eat in Chattanooga!! Food and service--excellent! Our server was Milan and she went above and beyond to make sure our experience was an absolute delight. She's marvelous!! We'll definitely come back.

Anna was our server and she was the best and made our night so special. She was an amazing service and I’d even request her the next time we come here! Highly recommend her! Enjoy !

Sydney was amazing! The food was absolutely the best….. our first time and we will be back. Celebrating our anniversary with friends and they made it special.

Our server, Scott Darling, was the sweetest server ever! he gave us so much help with the menu for our first time going there! the food was AMAZING! he paid for our dessert for me and my mans 2 year anniversary! Dessert was just as good! he was so friendly! This restaurant was amazing and he even put it in the togo boxes for us! I can say that we loved it here! They gave us the “Princess seat” as a surprise for our anniversary! the table had small hearts on the table and it was so cute!

My husband and I enjoyed this place so much. We got the porterhouse to share and the lobster Mac and cheese. The sizzling in the videos says it all. We got the crème brûlée for dessert and it was heavenly! Great place for quality steak and good atmosphere. Highly recommend for special occasions!

Everything was absolutely amazing. This was our first time. The steak was huge, we got the T-Bone. It was served hot and fresh. We got a side of baked potatoes and they were big and served fresh. Everything was cooked perfectly.
Our waitress Sydney Agnew was precious and made sure we were very well taken care of.
Expensive, yes, but worth it for a once (or twice) a year dinner.

I went to the restaurant for a birthday dinner with two friends. We had a blast! Our server, Scott, was absolutely incredible. My friends were first timers for the restaurant so he made sure to showcase how amazing the restaurant is and how he'd be able to take care of any requests we had. I'll definitely be returning soon in the future and will definitely choose to have Scott as our server!

Wow!! Our first time at Ruth Chris and we decided to go for our 38th wedding anniversary. Our waiter Kenneth came to us and welcomed us and started off with wonderful drinks from the bar, SO good! The food was wonderful! We got a salad, steaks and sides, gosh it was so good!! We will be back and I sure hope we get Kenneth because he was the best waiter ever!! He took such good care and was so helpful… funny too!!

A glorious experience.
The filet was exquisite.
The fresh fruit and creme and the creme brulee were to die for.
Oh, and Jordan was great!

Was expecting it to be more intimate. More candle lit experience, not like sitting in basically a conference room of a hotel, especially for a $500 meal

Went there for our Anniversary and this place is awesome as always!! Food is always excellent as well as the service and drinks!! The atmosphere is also amazing! Definitely recommend for fine dining experience!!

We’ve eaten at steak houses in NYC but never Ruth Chris right here in our back yard. Rachel was an excellent server and the food was amazing. We will back!

What an absolutely amazing experience! Another unforgettable celebration. It was a special dinner for me as it was my birthday and our server, Miriam, made it even more enjoyable. She is so pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable about her restaurant. Her attention to detail is very impressive. Our food was absolutely delicious, but Miriam is what made our experience extraordinary!! Because of her, we will be back soon. She is the only reason we would return!

We went to the Chattanooga location. Our first interaction was with Tiffany! She was amazing and so happy we were there. Our server was the second person we interacted with. Miriam was one of the best servers we have ever had! We hav been to this location many times but never had her as a server! She was so attentive, informative, and knew everything about the menu! It made for an amazing experience!

My brother and I have the same anniversary so we made reservations to bring our wives out for a nice dinner. Our server, Sydney, did not disappoint. Her recommendations were on point, she was very attentive but not overbearing. While we did spend more than most other places we went, the service received was worth every penny.

The food... omg... hands down one of the best steaks I've ever had. Someone ordered a stuffed chicken and I had a bite... definitely going to be my next meal there...

Save room for desert too. The bread pudding and cheesecake are AMAZING!!
