Embassy Suites by Hilton Chattanooga Hamilton Place

The hotel is not only exceptionally clean, but attention is paid to every detail in the room and the staff greet you enthusiastically. I travel often through the state of Tennessee and have stayed in Chattanooga several times at a competing hotel, but from now on this will be my place to stay! Hands-down, the nicest smelling hotel I've experienced in a long time. When I got up to my room, I received a text message asking how the room condition was and if I was happy or if I needed anything. It was not a robotic text. It was a personalized text. Location is excellent with great selections of restaurants nearby and a coffee shop across the road and it doesn't hurt that Ruth's Chris restaurant is attached to the hotel and provides room service! Really nice happy hour and lounge location with full breakfast and omelette bar offering in the morning. I will be back

Very great experience for me and my family we had the balcony suite and when I called the Embassy they helped save me some money than what I booked with another service which was fantastic. Entrance to the hotel was wonderful and welcoming the complimentary breakfast was phenomenal. One of the top hotels me and my family has ever stayed at so far. Would highly recommend to others. No hot tub but the outdoor fire pit was nice and cozy so it made up for it. Wonderful service by the maids. My son and fiance loved it as well. Only downside was the parking first come first served but honestly I would expect nothing less because of how great the hotel stay was. :)

Room was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly. The pool was warm, which never seems to happen. I would stay here again. We were able to have a late night dinner delivered from Drakes and it was so good.

This place was amazing. There was a VW theme going on and an amazing restaurant just across the street. The breakfast was a great starter to the morning. Our kids enjoyed the pool as well.

I LOVED this hotel. This one was on top. Im an Amex hilton surpass holder and i got it bc i enjoy traveling. Hiltons are usually the best. The only thing i dont usually like are the pools but this one was clean and well maintained for sure. The location is nice too. You got a coffee shop and a mellow mushroom right across from each other. Oh and the breakfast was top tier. We had not one but 2 omelettes each. The soda machine had coke that was like really good crisp mcdonalds coke.
The staff was great and worked with me on early check in which i was so grateful for.
This one and a resort hilton i stayed in in sedona az are the best ive been to! We will definitely be coming back!!!

Perfect hotel ! I come here 3 to 5 times a year for 3 to 5 days stays. Smells unique and delicious, confy and spacious rooms, with fridge and microwave, desk for work or eat, big shower, confy bed. Included breakfast are particularly good, with a lot of choices, cold or warm. Free happy hour with multiple choices of drinks and snacks.
Everytime I needed service I got fast and excellent one.

I enjoyed my stay completely! There is complimentary breakfast AND an evening reception. The location is convenient with lots to do in the area. The hotel is also not far from the highway for easy access to traveling. The staff was excellent to do business with. I would definitely stay here again, if possible, when I return to Chattanooga for work or leisure!

This was a beautiful hotel, it has a Ruth Chris and nothing Bundt cakes below it. The room was well decorated, the showers were in good condition (Not moldy like others I've been too) the breakfast staff was nice I will be recommending this location to others

One of the nicest Embassy that I've stayed at. Very clean in all areas, friendly staff. Room was quiet and comfortable. The elderly lady in the breakfast area was excellent. Will stay again.

I've stayed at this property multiple times. One of the better Embassy Suites I've been to. Nice foyer entry, great breakfast, a selection of nice places to dine in the immediate vicinity, and a RUTH CHRIS's Steakhouse on site. Cant beat it!!

The hotel was clean and in excellent condition. All areas were very well appointed, both interior and exterior. However, the people are what really set this hotel apart. I must say that everyone I encountered was very hospitable especially Ben at check in and check out, Destiny who checked on us during our stay and assisted with a special request, and Amiracle who was very intentional about acknowledging us with a warm, friendly smile each time we walked through the lobby. There was one other team member on duty whose name I forgot but deserves recognition as well. She was on duty the evening of 10/12 (female, white, very pretty) around 10pm. When we arrived back from dinner, we needed Kleenex. As I approached the desk, she was communicating with Security and although it seemed important, she did not make me wait. She prioritized my presence as a guest. She greeted me and asked how she could assist. I told her what I needed and she immediately replied that she would go and get it and asked both Security and I to kindly wait for her to quickly return. Not once did she tell me that she didn't have any at the desk or give the perception that having to leave the desk was too much of a hassle or "not her job" although she was the only GSA appearing to be on duty at the time. My husband restores Classic Cars and follows the Mecum Auctions. We plan to make the Mecum Auction in Chattanooga an annual event for our family and we will always stay with you. The hotel and staff are top notch. Don't change anything but the sheets!

A must if you are in Chattanooga. Excellent customer service. Wonderful breafast and a pretty cool happy hour. The rooms were immaculate, and it's conveniently located within minutes of several shops and restaurants. And a special thanks to Kwane, the server in the breakfast area.

We booked our room through Hilton Honors and thought we were getting a traditional Embassy Suites 2 room suite. Nope we got a single room that they called a suite but it wasn't 2 separate rooms. The dot com Hilton people were beyond useless. Fortunately a lady at the front desk understood our disappointment and made things right. We are super grateful. And I really appreciate her coming to the rescue. The room, breakfast and staff at this location are awesome.

Extra clean room. Happy hour and free breakfast. Very pleasant staff. We’ll be back!

I love staying here! The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping! The rooms were clean and the indoor pool is great for the kids!
