Rooms To Go

We bought the sofa, loveseat and ottoman from the store in Chattanooga today. Paul helped us today. He was very knowledgeable about the products in the store. He was very helpful. We enjoyed the buying process today.

We were looking for a new couch. Paul helped us out in our search. We found what we were looking for. We left and came back, a week later. We asked for Paul again to help. We were looking for more than a choice on our return. Paul found us, and got everything we needed set up for delivery and the paperwork went flawless. We will definitely be back again and work with Paul.

Pam was very helpful and friendly. She gave us space to look and was not pushy like some salesmen can be. She's our new furniture lady! We love her!

Sales associate Derrick Gladden was Excellent!!! This was a fun shopping experience. Derrick gave me space to shop around and make a decision on which pieces of furniture I wanted but also readily available when I had a question. He was informative when I asked about the quality of certain pieces. I called back later after my purchase to make a change and he was helpful to take care of that for me. Will gladly spread the word about my experience and will do business here again in the near future. Thank you Rooms to Go!

IAN was very friendly , blunt, and to the point. He made our first ever couch purchase a breeze. Literally in and out within an hour. He listened to our questions and concerns and worked swiftly to find us what we wanted exactly !
Will definitely be back when we need more cozy furniture in the future.

Ashley did a wonderful job helping my mother find a new chair. She was very personable and knowledgeable, and made the process easy. She was very patient, and not pushy. She allowed my mother the time she needed to make her decision, but was always close by if we needed anything. The selection and price were the best we had seen out of 4 other furniture stores for a power recliner in fabric and not leather, a very hard to find item! Overall a very pleasant experience!!

We went looking for bedroom suites for kids there is so many options. We found what we needed and the salesperson gave us space and time to think about our decision. They have all kinds of furniture from couches to dining tables and more. I like how they have different styles. I'm definitely coming back to buy a couch.

I had another great experience with Rooms to Go. Derek was our salesman and took great personal time to be patient, answer questions and not treat me as a “flake” even though I had to make several trips to find out exactly what my needs were. I settled on my loveseat my first visit, but had other needs to. He never treated me like I was a “tire hitter” just leading him on. I had some prior commitments that stopped me from buying first time in, and he was great with his patience and I hope he is still looking for another one of my needs. I found him to be honest, and totally accommodating. I got my love seat, hubby got his rocker/recliner. We are both very pleased, even though there are a couple of minor details that will be worked out. Service, delivery, follow up has been great. This is not our first purchase from Rooms To Go. I’m sure we will be back.

Ian was extremely helpful and patient with me and my husband while we were deciding on exactly what we wanted for our sofa set. He was very knowledgeable and made the entire process quick and easy from beginning to end.

Pam was a great help. Did not pressure us while we browsed, but was very helpful and informative when we asked any questions. After we picked out our new living room furniture, the process to get financed was very quick and smooth.

Enjoyable experience. Ian(my sales person) was very helpful, patient, and professional. He took his time, explained everything my
husband and I needed to know about adjustable mattresses and frames. He did not try to over sale us.

This is our 2nd time purchasing furniture from Rooms to Go and we are pleased to say it was a pleasant experience due to Derrick. He was knowledgeable , courteous and very professional.

Ian was attentive, but not a hoverer (which I hate). He was patient with our multiple visits and questions. We will definately visit him for future purchases! Excellent customer service. Thank you!

Great showroom, well kept. Ian was a treat to work with. Professional, friendly, attentive, and not pushy. If I’m ever in need of more furniture I’ll be asking for him by name. I hope they don’t replace him with AI and/or a robot.

It was a very good experience, and Ian was very helpful. We had been looking for about three days, and had not found anything! He listened, and showed us several things, and nothing worked for us, and he took us to see one more item, and we bought it!!

Go see Ian! He was great. Met me when I entered the store but no heavy sales pitch. Just friendly hi and welcome. I explained what I was looking for, price point, item, color and material for a sofa. He delivered! What’s great is they have so much IN STOCK. No waiting 6-8 weeks for delivery. Walked in on Sun and delivery is set for that Thursday! Bonus: under budget. Sale was completed in about 30 mins. Definitely will return when I need my next piece of furniture. Thanks Ian!

We had a great experience tonight at Rooms To Go. Ian was very helpful and showed us options for exactly what we were looking for. We were able to purchase a new bedroom suite for our daughter and a new living room set for us. We had all three of our children with us and he was very patient and understanding and listened to our needs!
