We loved our experience with Drew Renovation! My wife and I were in need of a full siding replacement of our back wall due rot and water damage. We contacted several siding repair contractors in the area, and the quotes they gave us were either out of our budget or unable to complete the project for 10+ weeks. When we requested a quote from Drew, he came out within the same day, gave us several quality options that fit our needs and budget. We chose a luxury vinyl option, and we were not disappointed. Drew and his crew started the project within 3 weeks of getting our initial quote. During the project, he went above and beyond, even in the little details such, to ensure that the wall was in the best condition possible, inside and out. He communicated frequently and always followed through with what he said. He was trustworthy, professional, and knowledgeable thought the whole process. Amazing work! I had a sagging roof on a 99yo house that had several structural issues. Drew responded quickly with an assessment and options, his team was diligent and kind, and the work quality was top notch! They encountered several issues along the way (rotting wood, drainage issues, etc.), but now the house looks incredible. I’ll definitely go with them again for any needs in the future.

Drew and his team not only did my roof. They removed a chimney chase repaired rotten wood on the exterior of my home and provided a painting crew that was cheaper than any other bid I had gotten. I will definitely use him again.

After speaking to several roofing companies, we are THRILLED that we chose Drew Renovation! Drew and his crew replaced the roof on our house and a small low slope ("flat") roof over the deck. They installed a new ridge vent and pipe boots, and replaced some damaged facia boards. The whole job took 1 day and their work was high quality and professional, the cleanup was immaculate, the price was reasonable and fair. The new roof looks great too!

This was not our first roof so we know that finding a trustworthy roofing service is difficult because the roofing industry is rife with "ambulance chasers" happy to take advantage of homeowners. We had hoped for the best, but that was our experience with several of the local, very well known companies that we got (outrageously overpriced) estimates from.

When Drew came to give us an estimate, he patiently answered all our questions, explained the process and the work they would be doing, and let us know what to expect, without any drama. Drew is very knowledgeable and you can tell right away that he knows the process and the products, not as a salesman, but because he's put in the time and done the work. He didn't put us through any high pressure, price-gouging, scare tactics (I wish I could say the same for the other "painful" estimates we got). Drew's estimate was prompt and detailed without murdering our budget. And when they finished the job, that was the cost - no surprises. We never told him, but Drew's detailed estimate allowed us to THOROUGHLY research the materials he had chosen compared to what the other guys were using. No doubt in our minds - we were absolutely thrilled with his choices!

Drew Renovation put a new roof on our home about a year ago. The work is of excellent quality. When we needed tile done in our bathroom we contacted them again the bathroom work was also excellent. He kept us informed and in the loop on both jobs. His pricing is fair and if we need any other work done we will call Drew Renovations! ( the dark upper tile was there, the new tile wall and floor is where our freestanding tub will be located).

Drew Renovation came in and gave us a great price for shingles. We went with GAF because of the warranty options we choose. Drew provided excellent information and had much more confidence than the other guys. They are thorough and communicative. Thank you.

Drew Renovation did an amazing job on our new roof install! They kept us in the loop from start to finish. We love the mill due resistant Atlas shingles we chose.
The crew shows up on time start working right away and do a great cleanup job too. The dumpster and portable toilet were removed the next day after the roof was done. Drew Renovation also does chimney work. They put a new top on and some tuck pointing on our chimney and it looks so much better now. Great communication and workmanship from Drew Renovation.

Our experience with Drew Renovation was totally positive. From free estimates, to planning, to completion, the associates at Drew Renovation were communicative, honest, and dependable. Drew Renovation went out of its way to protect us and our home even before starting the job. We had a leaking roof, and immediately after we signed our contract, they sent a crew out to tarp the roof. When a few days later a crazy windstorm loosened the tarps, they came out right away to re-lay and secure them. Whenever we had a question, we could reach someone at Drew Renovation personally by telephone (they really answer!) or email, and they always satisfied our problem quickly. The crew was prompt, worked efficiently and dependably, and did an amazing clean-up after the job was finished. Drew Renovation definitely deserves 5 stars. We highly recommend them and would hire them again if we needed roof or siding work.

We got a handful of quotes when our roof started leaking. While most quotes were around the same price, we went with Drew Renovation since their work warranty was so strong. Additionally, Drew (who worked with us on the quote) came off like a professional that made us feel confident we'd be taken care of.

All in all, they were very clean and organized. With a strong crew they installed our roof in 1 day, with a strong warranty. Very happy overall. 5 Stars.

This is the second roof that Drew Renovation had done for me. They had the best detailed estimate, that is easily explanatory. They gave me a whole folder of information on the different types of shingles I could get and were very good at answering my many questions. They were honest and upfront about prices if I needed more plywood for the roof. I had to get two bathroom vents cut and the crew let me on the roof and showed me exactly how they were doing it. The crew did a great job of cleaning up before they left, I went on the roof and inspected their work (I'm not a roofer but I know how flashing is suppose to be done) and as far as I can tell they did a very good job.

I would highly recommend Drew Renovation! From the start Drew had excellent communication and was very friendly. He came out the same day I called to do a free estimate and a few days later he came out to do the repairs. The price was beyond reasonable. He was very thorough in his work and when he saw I had some siding damage, he let me know and was able to fix it. He did an excellent job repairing my soffits and installing my gutter guards- I couldn't be happier! Being a new homeowner, it's been a challenge to get a good list of reputable contractors, but I know for sure who I'm going to call for my future repairs!

Drew came out to look at our tree fall damage. We called Drew Renovation first from a neighbors recommendation. He recommended a tree service with great pricing. And they got to it that day! As soon as the tree was removed Drew tarped and secured the roof even though they were coming the next day. He came out with a big crew of 8 guys and got all the framing fixed & most of the new shingles installed. The last day they worked a few hours finishing up small details and clean up. And when I say clean up I mean the entire team including Drew were picking up the small pieces of trash to wrap up the job before the next rain. All I saw through this was pure professionalism & organization. I greatly recommend Drew Renovation and their great team!

We had Wind Damage on our roof and Drew Came out & Worked with the insurance to get our house right. the insurance didnt provide everything we needed for the roof replacement, Drew was able to talk to them and make sure we had everything needed. Drew is honest and has great communication.
