I have loved this company for many years and I am happy to report they are still excellent. Landon was wonderful in helping me find the mattress that I have ordered in the past and helping set up a delivery date. Israel and Levi, the delivery people were polite, friendly and professional, carefully replacing my mattresses. The mattresses themselves are still comfortable and reasonably priced. That you Original Mattress Company for making a quality product!

The Original Mattress Factory is wonderful! Their pricing is very reasonable, especially compared to their competitors, and the manager was super helpful and kind, not pushy at all. Their delivery process was seamless, too.

I originally bought a mattress where the service was great! I called back about a problem I'm experiencing with that mattress. Again, the service was excellent. I'm waiting to see if follow through will be as good as everything else has been. Fingers crossed 🤞

We decided to go here to look for a mattress because we knew they were all made locally in Charlotte. Landon, the manager, was super helpful and friendly, without being pushy. He answered all our questions easily, had a thorough knowledge of the products, and was able to help us determine the best mattress to fit our needs. We were pleasantly surprised at the reasonable cost of a king set and their delivery cost was good too. We even purchased our headboard here upon discovering they were made in Ohio. The experience here was pleasant and much better than I expected. I probably won't go anywhere else to make a mattress purchase in the future. If you are shopping for a new bed, you need to check this place out. My bet is you'll walk out with a mattress and be a customer for life.

I got my last mattress and box spring at The Original Mattress Factory in 2003 and I really liked it so I wanted my new one to be from there. I looked at their website and decided what I wanted and when I went to the store the salesman was very knowledgeable and helped me. The price for delivery was very reasonable and it was only $10 to pick up my old mattress and box spring. I got them three days after I bought them and the delivery men were very good. This place cuts out the middle man so you get a good deal.

Professional & accurate advice from Landon. We appreciated the time he spent helping us choose the perfect mattress. This is something that we wanted to not regret.
The prices were still great & had barely increased since our initial purchase 10 years ago. Our goal is to have a My Mattress in each of our bedrooms!

This is our second purchase. The one we sleep on now is almost 13 yrs old. It was past time to replace the mattress. We have been very satisfied with the pillows also!

Best mattress! Also made locally in Charlotte, NC! That's what I'm talking about!!! Seriously, we bought a new queen mattress and we absolutely love it. Also didn't spend a fortune on it!!! You will NOT be disappointed!

Great guy, top notch quality, even with the pandemic bs. They had me in a week.
No pushy sales nonsense, was relaxed shopping, answered every question without over explanation.
Prices aren't ridiculous, they didn't try to push me into something I wasn't looking for.
Would recommend to anyone looking for quality a bed.

We are Loven our new mattress!! 💙😴😴
We had to special order our King size from the factory with one row of springs removed so it would fit into our new travel trailer! Even though it said King, it wasen't a true king and we had been unable to find one that would fit anywhere else!! The new one that came in our camper was hard as a rock, and there was no way our backs were going to be able to sleep on it! Landen, the manager was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!! He is the one who explained how they could special order our mattress to fit and then encouraged us to take our time and lay on the mattresses in the store to make sure we'd be comfortable!!!
We are now sleeping in sheer comfort and my husband and I both Love it!!! Thanks again Landen for all of your patience and help, even in helping to load it, as my husband had recently had surgery! We couldn't be happier or more comfortable on our new mattress!!! Landen and the mattress are great!!!😁💙😴😴

These mattresses are very well made, long lasting. It's an honest company charging a fair price. All their associates have simply been helping and are not the typical salespeople.

The man running the store at the time was very helpful and informative of the entire process and what sets the Original Matress Factory apart from the competition. I ended up getting a great deal on a two sided matress with a decent warranty and exchange policy. Sleeps like a dream.

The mattress we bought over 10 years ago served us so affordably well we went back for a replacement and a guest mattress. The customer service is top notch, low pressure, very friendly and the price and quality are also excellent.

The salesman was helpful, was honest and helped us make a good decision. There was no pressure like other mattress stores.Would go there again in the future if we need another mattress.I was impressed.
