I honestly can't thank Lanie Bumgarner enough, she's been with us since early last year as we've off and on looked around for a house but none of them felt right. After months of not really searching and our living situations changing soon I reached out again to her for the search. We finally found our home and I can't begin to express the words to describe just how much she helped us through all the processes and keeping us updated, even helping us find a last second lender with our original not fulfilling our needs in a loan. In Nov 2021 my wife and I decided to move from Tennessee to North Carolina. We started searching online and found some homes we wanted check on and contacted Robbin. She was able to send us information on any home we found. Since it was hard to come over to look at various homes, Robbin was able to do zoom video calls with us and she took us on tours off 3 different homes in Hickory, NC. Once we decided on a home we started the purchase process. She helped us line up a lender, home inspections and everything we needed to buy our home. It was around 4 weeks after we made our initial offer that we came to Hickory and closed on our new home. After we completed the closing Robbin took us to our new home and that was the first time we had actually saw the home other than on a zoom call, and we love our new home. We moved in a week later and since then Robbin has always been there to help us in any way she can. Being new to the area she was able to furnish references as we needed various help with various projects. It has been a little over a year now since we moved in and to this day she continues to help us. If someone is looking for a realtor then they should call Robbin.
