I've got my prescriptions filled here for years. I have the app on my phone that gives me money every time I get a prescription filled. Like every 5 prescription they give you $5 to shop in store or online ..I have the yearly membership that cost $48 per year. But it pays for itself. It gives you free shipping on all your prescriptions, it gives you $10 every month on your app to buy other things in the store, gives you 20% off all cvs brand items..so it pays you to have their membership..I love all the free stuff I get with my membership

It was amazing an all the little Christmas things they have were so amazing so I went to the one in viewmont nc an it is the only 24 hr one around an it very quiet an conveniently as I don't get off work on the hours for the normal hours of the leading stores but this is even better

Recently, my medical insurance changed. CVS is no longer a pharmacy on my new plan. All my scripts had to be transferred to Walgreens. For five days I have been waiting for Walgreens to fill my much needed meds to no avail. Jimmy and the pharmacists at CVS went above and beyond for these prescriptions to go through. Jimmy called the other pharmacy numerous times and called me to update. I will miss my people at CVS. They are wonderful!!❤

I love this CVS! The girls there are so friendly (Anna and Sarah), they made me switch Pharmacies because of how helpful and friendly they are, they greet you when you walk in the store. The woman (M name) took time to explain the Care program, and how to cancel it. Can’t say enough good things about the Pharmacists, maybe it’s because they take lunch and are refreshed , but they are informative and patient. They take as much time as it takes with each customer, (there should be time limit) , but it’s helpful to know that the pharmacist is available for questions!!

Sarah was the most helpful associate ever. Extremely knowledge, friendly, goes out of her way for not just me but for every customer. Please pay her well. She is a gem. Rare and hard to find.
I actually drive past a CVS closer to me to go to this CVS because the associates are extra friendly and helpful. Always have a great experience. Its worth driving the extra miles. Thanks Sarah!

I love my pharmacy. People are always helpful and nice!!!! Barbara is an awesome employee!! She went above and beyond to help me with my medication price!! She makes a huge difference. There aren’t many employees that work as hard as she does!

This CVS is awesome! Service at the pharmacy is exemplary - from the customer service associates at the window and up to the Pharmacist: this store has exceptional service! I wish the West Jefferson store could be trained by this Hickory staff, they make the West Jeff store look like the nightmare it is.

Just wanna take a minute to give a honest review about my recent experience here. This store is close to my house so i go here often. And they have a 24hr pharmacy. I went here early this morning to get medicine filled and the pharmacist was amazing very friendly and fast service. He's amazing! Thanks for great service!!!

Nicest pharmacy staff ever. I have been hunting down blood pressure medication all over the area and the staff at this one was extremely helpful in securing an extra month for me. It can be so stressful when medication is hard to find and they were so kind! I really appreciate the entire experience. Thank you!!

The most friendly staff of any CVS I have ever been too; Renee in the pharmacy department has the most outstanding customer service qualities that I have ever experienced! I can honestly say their entiee staff is always fast, friendly, and very informative.

I love this CVS location because of their Minute Clinic!
They have a Nurse Practitioner there 7 days a week who can diagnose minor illnesses and prescribe medications. It has come in handy on the weekends when my Dr's office is closed.

I have always gotten wonderful service at this CVS. The employees are friendly and have always been helpful whenever I needed it.

I am always greeted upon entering and immediately acknowledged at the pharmacy. They make sure all meds are in stock. Everyone in the store is incredibly helpful and they make sure you find what you are looking for by walking to the area with you.

Coast to Coast that is every CVS I've ever been in highly professional extremely clean very well organized with their merchandise and shelves are constantly fully stocked

The pharmacists at this location are really knowledgeable and helpful. It also helps that this location has a 24 hour pharmacy so you can get meds when you need them without having to go through an ER. Thank you!!

I went to get a covid 19 test and the service was great the nurse was polite and very nice

I've been there before work at 4:00 in the morning and I've been there late at night and the employees are always smiling and helpful

They are open 24/7/365. The building is nice and restrooms were very clean.
