Mission Hospital-St Joseph Campus

When my brother was admitted to Mission Hospital I read the reviews and they were kinda alarming.
He was on the fourth floor of the cardiac building and my expectations were guarded.
But to my surprise the given care was simply amazing.
The professional staff not only did their tasks , they were genuinely caring.
Any assistance was given at a touch of the button.
And continuous monitoring by some of the nicest nurses and assistants one could hope for.
I let these kind hard working people know how grateful we were and praised all their efforts.
They are only people and deserve our gratitude for caring about our loved ones.

Thank you Mission Hospital, you are five stars all the way.

We had an accident while snow tubing and went to Mission hospital because it was closest to our hotel. We are not from the area and didn’t know where to go, but we decided to try Mission Hospital. From the moment we walked into the ER, my young daughter and I felt comfortable. The staff was quick to help us and so kind to my scared child. They gave her two Christmas presents that someone had donated to “sick kids while in the hospital” and she was overjoyed. Every staff member was kind, quick, thorough and helpful. I felt like they listened to my concerns and did what was necessary to put us at ease. The ER doctor was so kind and had good bedside manners plus all of the staff was wonderful! Thank you!!

My husband recently had a massive stroke and then a heart attack while in surgery for the stroke. At one point he had 8 different Dr.'s involved in his case, but the lead doctor kept everything organized and information coming to me in a logical, informative, way. This in turn allowed me to make well-informed decisions on behalf of my husband.

One week later, my husband was home and all but perfect ... if one didn't know of his stroke/heart attack, they might only have noticed that he seemed a little tired.

4 years ago, he broke his arm and rotator cuff in an accident ... and his treatment at Mission for those injuries was equally impeccable.

This hospital and its staff are amazing, and their work is as state of the art as any I've run across in NYC or at UCLA.

Because of an incompetent taxicab driver, we were very late for my father's appointment yesterday. In spite of this mixup, he was seen promptly, and treated courteously. Thank you, doctor and support staff!

I am most grateful to the Cardiac Care (3rd Floor) staff. My husband needed a post procedure overnight stay and the staff was so caring, professional and knowledgeable. We thank you all!

The nurses and staff were fantastic. I was sent there from the E.R. because Mission had no rooms left. I was very sick there for 5 days
. If I have to go back to E.R. ever I will ask them to send me to the 10th floor on St Joseph's.

I have been a patient at St. Joseph's campus twice in recent weeks. I want to give a special thank you to the Rapid Response Team and staff in the Coli units. A special thanks to Taylor, Marjorie, Josh and Geo for their excellent care and Connie for her help. There were others, but I don't remember all names. Thank you to nursing staff on floors 6,8, and 9. All of my care was excellent! Thank you to Dr. Mims, Hospitalist, Dr. Dukowicz and PA DeCosta (( Asheville GI). They took excellent care of me! All departments that served me from radiology, colonoscopy team, ER, dietary and housekeeping were very efficient!

Had it not been for the unparalleled professionalism, expertise, compassion, courtesy, dedication, efficiency and effectiveness that I received from every member of the staff I interacted with at both Mission ER, then Mission St. Joseph, I doubt whether I'd have been around to write this review. Please thank them all for me and tell them, 'Mission Accomplished!' I'm forever grateful for everything they did.

I had a CT guided Biopsy, the staff made me feel very comfortable and reassured that my procedure would be as painless as possible and it was..I couldn't have asked for any better treatment.

Although the campus is physically aging, the nursing staff is amazing! Thank you for your kindness.

The coven track for entry had no waiting and was quick.
