Very professional staff. They were very friendly, got me in and surprisingly fast. Heather, the stylist who did my hair, did a fabulous job. I have had difficulty getting my hair done the way I want, but Heather was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what I wanted and got it exactly how I wanted. Would highly recommend her.

I got my haircut and they shaved my face. Walked right in and sat down. She told me the price was19$ an I gave her22$s. That's in hickory North Carolina an I would choose them over great clips and time!!! Great staff!!!

I love Smart Cuts. I had never had a man cut my hair so when James joined the team, I let him cut my hair. I have NOT been disappointed. He does an excellent job. Give Smart Cuts a try, you'll be glad.you did.

I decided at the moment I needed a haircut, short. Googled and found most not open on Saturday or closing at 2 or 4. It was already 3:30. Finally found SmartCuts open until 6:30. The woman was very nice and just what wanted. Fast and reasonably priced. I'd definitely go back for a cut, that's all they do. Friendly, fast, precise and reasonably priced.

Been coming here for past few months over all its always a great experience the ladies always do a great job seem to take great pride in their work. Normally Tracey cuts my hair but have had the others they all do great work highly recommend this place for a great heart cut at a great price!!!!

Absolutely loved the lady who cut my hair but honestly can't remember her name but she did a fantastic job and I love my hair... I also got my daughter's hair cut and a lady named sharon cut her hair and she did a fantastic job my daughter is very happy with her hair as well

They are hardworking people, they are on their feet most of their days. If you dont like the way a hairstylist cut hour hair try another one. Every hairstylist has their own cutting way. Dont be disrepecful to them, they deserve respect.

Paula is awesome!! I took my two boys, ages 7 and 9, for extremly overdue last minute haircuts before Easter Sunday. My boys have extremely thick hair. Paula did such a fantastic job that my eldest son said, "Mom, that lady should be famous! This is the best haircut ever!" Paula took her time, and gave both boys individual attention. She did not rush, like a past experience we had with "Great Clips." She paid attention to specific detail, and was extremly kind. The staff was very professional and courteous. Paula's experience and knowledge combined with her patience led to two happy boys with two amazing haircuts! I HIGHLY recommend SMARTCUTS!

James gives a great haircut but he talks way to much I am next in his chair and I have been waiting 45 minutes so far and he is still taking and doing not much cutting the other lady is on her third haircut he is still on the same one since I walked in

I like mrs.tressie the best. My hair is curly and when she dose it my hair turns out less frizzy than when other people do it there. But overall a good hair salon.

Even during the Covid pandemic, they are still doing walk-ins, and did a great job on my friends daughter's hair. Mad Props for taking us right before you closed for the day.
