AT&T Store

Please visit the team at the Hickory AT&T! The services we received there yesterday was far beyond the service we receive day to day at the grocery store, the bank, restaurants, etc. They were all very personable and acted as if they knew exactly who you were. They all dressed professionally and were proud to work for AT&T. We came in last minute to upgrade three phones and they all pitched in and helped. Great Team work to say the least!

Sydney (Syd the kid) was so helpful! She was thorough with everything. Showed me and my mom all of our options. When I went in I was ready to upgrade my phone but heck I walked out with a watch and a new iPhone while my mom got a quote to change over all 8 lines with 2-3 new phones! So pleased and happy with the service!

Just had a wonderful experience at the AT&T store in Hickory on Hwy 70. My phone would not download emails and neither my hubby nor I could fix it. Dreading the trip, I knew I had to go to the store. I was seen almost immediately and Logan very patiently and skillfully went through the steps to fix my phone! No pressure to buy a new phone…..just fixed it and I went on my way. Thank you Logan for making my Saturday even better!

They were very very busy and were very polite to everyone and made everyone feel comfortable and even were doing all they could to make everyone feel noticed and included. The manager even had to deal with an over entitled "Karen" of a customer, but remained very polite and professional during the whole incident. She was disturbing everyone around her yelling, cussing and being unreasonable. The store staff was extremely professional and respectful and it is because of staff like that that I will gladly drive an hour to go back in the future

Went in this morning to upgrade my phone and purchase a smart watch. The store had a great process for getting customers in line with how busy they were for a holiday weekend. My wait wasn’t terrible and the customer service I received from the associate was incredible. He was very knowledgeable about the items I was interested in & even helped pick out the perfect accessories. He had a great personality and wasn’t aggressively pushing products or services I wasn’t interested in. He made the phone buying experience incredibly enjoyable.

Quincy was great! Very knowledgeable about cost and discounts to upgrade and move a line on our family account. He is friendly, helpful and can easily compare options for you without being pushy with products or services that don’t apply. His whole team is very friendly and personable.

Service was fast. Ryan is an excellent customer service person.

This is a company store. If you want anything done right go here!!

We stopped by the store and I was not entirely sure what I wanted as far as getting an iPad. Adrian was amazing. He was patient, friendly and exceedingly knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and repeatedly checked inventory until I made up my mind. Thank you for a wonderful pleasant experience.

Adrian was fantastic with me and my child who has Asperger's and needs constant reassuring that everything will be the same as before. He showed compassion and patience with her. This man deserves a raise. If we ever need to come back he is who I will request and who I would recommend to anyone.

Overall great experience. Ryan gave us excellent customer service and was very helpful. He worked with us to reach the best deal for us and did not try to nickel and dime us. He was forthcoming about fees to expect when changing plans. I would recommend Ryan to other customers.

I stopped by the store the store today upset because my phone kept flickering and going to black screen! I just knew I was going to loose my contacts and info! A really nice guy named Quincy helped me. Actually he saved the day and all my info! Thanks again Quincy! Your patience and knowledge is beyond 5 stars!

I can’t say enough about how great Orion was in assisting us with a trade in issue that had been going on for several months. He sat and patiently listen to the details of the problem we had. He got with his manager and then spent a great deal of time on the phone and at last our issue was resolved. He was so kind and polite. He truly made us feel valued as customers. Miles was very knowledgeable, personable, and was exceptional to work with. He made our transition from Verizon to AT&T very pleasant. We enjoyed working with Miles and would recommend his customer service to anyone.
