Compass Dental provided the best dental experience ever. I had a filling that fell out of one of my molars and feared that the tooth was going to need to be pulled. Dr Sigmon and his assistant were able to remove the decaying cavity and fill the tooth in under an hour. The result was astounding and my experience was a pleasure. If you are looking for a clean, professional, and comfortable dental atmosphere, than look ok no further.

Dr. Sigmon is the MAN! I recently had a root canal with him and could have fallen asleep. I have been a patient for 10 years and will be around for a long time!

The best dentist and dental hygienists in the entire country! Really works with me despite my extreme fear, helps me learn better dental care at home! So kind and caring and gentle and they offer the most comprehensive exams and cleaning I've ever had. I drive 2 hours to see this dentist and I will never change!

I have always been anxious about the dentist. But everyone at Compass Dental helped me feel very comfortable. The people at the front desk were very kind and friendly! Breanna, my dental hygienist, was gentle and explained everything that she was doing. The doctor was great and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Compass Dental!

Today I had several extractions. Dr.Sigmon did an extremely thorough and excellent job. Not seeing
A dentist in several years, He explained everything clearly and Did his very best to make sure I was very comfortable during the procedure.
As Im sure most folks get a bit nervous about having dental work he did a awesome job!! I would say that his bed side manner was great and his team made sure there were no issues. He truly cares about his patients and the quality of his work.
This was a new experience for me in that most Dentist kinda rush things.
Definitely not the case with Dr Sigmon.

I was terrified,took me forever to get outta my car an go in,had a panic attack,major fear of dental work,i was greeted by 2 very nice ladies an then a few mins later Lauren cane out,an i was still kinda freakin out,had my sunglasses on,clutchin a tissue,lauren instantly understood what i was goin thru,her calm demeanor,an soft voice,explained the process an talked me off the ledge,she was very pleasant thruout the whole experience,then comes Dr Sigmond,dude is super cool,usually your stuck,talking to the dental assistant the whole time,but he took his time,to explain every detail,show me my 3d scanan talked to me about it,didn rush out,i genuinely felt cared about,an now im not as scared as i was,an im ready to tackle these problems,if your having doubts,or fear,look no more,you found the right place,they will take care of you.

Compass Dental team and Dr. Sigmon are FANTASTIC. I have major anxiety about any dental work. My case is complex and multi steps have been needed. They have walked me through each one making sure I was happy and understood the process. I am ecstatic with my results so far. I would highly recommend his office to anyone who asked. Thank you Dr Sigmon for working so hard for me and making me feel comfortable and important, not just a dollar sign.

I have severe dental phobia . They are the kindest people. The whole office put me to the ease on the first meeting! 10 of 10 . If you need any dental work done please go and see them !

I have been a patient of Dr. Sigmon for the past 11 years. He has always been kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Sigmon and his staff have been consistent through the years with their high level of care making me feel as though I am the only patient there. Even with a busy schedule, he has always taken time to explain anything I needed in efforts to help me have the best dental care.

I visited the office recently with my 3 year old son for his first dentist appointment. Buffy walked my 3 year old through everything she was going to do to clean his teeth. My 3 year old was a little timid at first but Buffy’s kindness, gentleness, and sense of humor made him feel at ease. Dr. Sigmon was encouraging, telling him how great his teeth looked. My 3 year old was beaming with pride after our visit- he kept talking about the dentist and Buffy the rest of the day. I’m grateful to have had many great experiences myself, but as a mom, I’m super thankful to have had such a good first experience with my son. He wasn’t anxious and is now excited knowing he’ll visit the dentist again soon! I’m confident in and thankful to have a knowledgeable dentist who takes the time to show he cares for each of his patients. Thank you Dr. Sigmon and the staff at Compass Dental- you’re wonderful!

Dr. Sigmon does excellent work. In just a very short time I have experienced excruciating pain and was seen very quickly and the matter was handled that day. Highly recommend! I bring my 5yo daughter here and she's always been very comfortable being treated here. She's also had a few cavities filled, and the way Dr. Sigmon conducts that process is great with respect to the younger clients. Very clean facility and makes clients feel comfortable. The teams provide honest feedback with options for treatment.

I visited the office for a comprehensive exam. I had lots of anxiety. I don't like going to the dentist, and contemplated cancelling. I'm glad I didn't Everyone was amazing. Misty, Leigh Ann, Dr. Sigmon & Breanna helped from scheduling to checkout. Dr. Sigmon was very thorough & knowledgable. My existing treatment was evaluated, my needed treatment was planned and explained. All cost were presented to me up front. They gave me an estimate of my total expense, out of pocket and insurance. I left feeling very comfortable and confident in my treatment and plan. I trust this staff entirely.

Yesterday was my first visit to Compass Dental. Dr Simon was was very friendly and knowledgeable. His staff was friendly and upbeat. The atmosphere was very relaxing in both the office and examination room. My overall experience was very pleasant!

I’m a guy that doesn’t like dentist at all… Had a bad experience one time and never got over it… Today was my first time going there because a friend of mine recommendation… This place is super nice and the staff was so sweet and helpful; to welcome me and communicating everything as they was doing it. Got a good Quality cleaning and exam like I’ve never had before… Got a plan to fix some teeth… I was not pushed or felt pressured into anything and the prices are really reasonable… I have my new home for my teeth…

I was a patient of another dentist who was unavailable, and had a dental emergency. I got an appointment within a few hours on the same day, the staff was very supportive and helpful, and Dr Sigmon was professional and thoughtful. They helped me with a very difficult situation, and more reasonable with the out-of-pocket!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. This practice worked my son in on the Doctor's lunch break. He was in severe pain. Dr. Sigmon was compassionate and highly competent! His staff are so sweet and caring, and also extremely efficient. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. The office is beautiful and extremely clean. If we didn't already have a great dentist (who just happens to be out of his office this week) Dr. Sigmon would be our dentist. If you are considering going here, take it from this mama, it will be a really good decision!

I recently relocated and came to Compass Dental for the first time recently. Everyone was nice, and very professional. Dr Sigmon was thorough and had good suggestions that I'm still pondering. My hygienist was Aimee. She did a great job and was gentle through the entire procedure.

This place is wonderful! I just had my wisdom teeth extracted with Dr. Sigmon. He is amazing at his job. He is knowledgeable, comforting, and extremely kind. And he did the procedure in about 15 minutes flat! As I am not currently living in the area, I basically came in as a walk in. Lisa, the head receptionist, was extremely helpful in scheduling me an appointment and laying out the cost of the procedure, which was to my surprise very affordable! Cannot say enough good things about my experience with this office!
