Dr. Clay and Julie, his dental assistant took excellent care of me during a dental emergency. The front staff was helpful in making my appointment, same day, a Friday. I am impressed and plan to change dentists. Dr. Le Croy will be doing my root canal next week and took time to talk with me at checkout. I felt at home in this practice. The building is beautiful, the staff is accommodating, caring, and attentive. This was my best dentist office experience. I highly recommend Gunter & Graham, DDS!

This is such a great practice in Hickory. They are patient-centric across the entire organization. The new office is spotless and modern, the front desk team is welcoming, helpful and thorough. The reminder texts for appointments are very helpful, too.

Makenzie (hygienist) is wonderful. Great conversation coupled with a complete cleaning. Dr Graham is always on point…..professional, friendly and accessible. All you could want from your dentist office. Well done.

I was so impressed by the new facility! Definitely state of the arts! Dr McKinney is wonderful, knowledgeable and I appreciate the way he looks out for his patient’s in every aspect. His assistant was extremely helpful answering questions for me. The front staff is always very friendly and always helpful. I can’t imagine going anywhere else! Definitely 5 - Star!

Wonderful dental experience. The hygienists, dentists, and other workers are all pleasant to encounter. I feel very comfortable here and love the look of the new office. You are able to view the sky while having your teeth cleaned!!

I love the entire staff here! From check in, to the dentist chair and assistant (Berida), to my favorite dental hygienist Tamera! They are all very professional and caring! And for Dr. Graham, well he is awesome and has the funny personality that makes it all the more comforting! Then the check out with sweet Angie to end my appointment from “The Chair”

I was in a lot of pain when I called. They worked me in and took very good care of me from the front office to the technician and, as always, Dr. Graham is the best and did a lot to reduce my pain from an abscess.
I have been with this practice for ~ 45 years. I have always received excellent treatment.

Been going to dr Gunter and Graham since I was a child now. my daughter maddie who is 3 had her first dentist appointment yesterday and she did amazing! Great staff wonderful atmosphere newly updated office is beautiful. Vicki is our favorite and she's excited to come back to see nana vicki she told everyone about her dentist checkup yesterday and she is so excited to go back! Dr lecroy and dr Graham are truly two great dentist. Down to earth and humble! Our whole family comes here and will continue to come here. Truly a great place to go. I cannot Express the great experiences we all have had especially coming from a person who had dental trauma as a child. Dr Gunter worked with me for years to ease my mind and assure me I'm in good hands! It is totally true I've always been in great hands with this dental family!

This is hands down the best dental practice I have ever been to. The staff is absolutely amazing! I have struggled with dental anxiety my whole life, but the staff go out of their way to keep you as comfortable and relaxed as possible. 10/10

Dr. Graham and the staff have been wonderful to work with! I have had a very complicated dental issue and they have all gone above and beyond to get this situation resolved! The Dr and all the staff are very knowledgeable and they are compassionate and really care about their patients!!! Special shout out to Lisa and Dr Graham for all their hard work!!

If ten stars were an option I would have picked it. Every interaction from check in to check out was amazing. In my 50 years of dental hygienist experience McKenzie is the best. Extremely thorough and no pain. Dr. Graham could not have been more attentive and interested in me as a person and my dental needs. Outstanding business and professional operation. As a business owner I am envious.

Vickie Clontz is a GREAT hygienist. She is thorough yet gentle and has been with this practice for decades. This was my first experience with Dr LaCroy and she, too, was gentle. I never dread going to the dentist with this group taking care of me

Lifelong patron of Gunter and Graham and I have never had a bad experience. I'm 57 and still have all my teeth and a healthy smile thanks to their competent team of professionals. Now, my two children are also patience and doing well.

First time I have been at Dr. Kyle's office since the merger with Dr. Graham. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I had a problem with my teeth. Dr. Kyle took the time to look and find the problem. I have always been satisfied with the services I have received from their office.
