Friendly staff and good food awaits you at Five Guys. The interior seating is spacious plus there are tables for outdoor dining as well. Food is fixed after you order it. They have a good selection of burgers, and vegetarian options plus shakes and fries. A good place to eat!

The food and service were excellent. Always share a large fry to save a few bucks. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely stop here.

Great place to stop while on road trip. We were able to order and eat either inside or outside!!! Thank you for not making me eat in my car!! We got fries well done, and they were cooked perfectly. We also got one lil bacon cheeseburger and one regular cheeseburger in a lettuce wrap. The tables, drink station, and bathroom was all clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Please keep up all your great work!!! I will remember this stop for future trips to and past Hickory:)

The selection of burger options is good. Fries are some of the best in town, especially with healthy vinegar they provide. Nice place to bring the family.

I have been to countless Five Guys all over the place and this one was the best one I have ever been to. The restaurant was very clean, the bathrooms were very clean as well. I was greeted on the way into the place by several people and wished a good day on the way out. The young man who took my order got everything right and as I asked I got my fries in a separate bag. The staff was working very well together, orders were being called out and received like clockwork. The other remarkable thing was the whole staff was very friendly, they all said hello to each customer and treated them like they were friends.

Just love the vibe there. Great burgers, probably one of the best in town, and definitely love the atmosphere there, feels like back in the day retro era.

Absolutely the best Five Guys on the planet. The current manager, I don't want to name, but they are the best, along with the best crew. Everyone is spot on and the food is by far the best I have ever had, for what they do.

EDIT 8/19/23: The music is SO loud in there now that we just left. I want to be able to hear the person I'm with, and not be deafened by music over head.

Other than the fact this is food made fast, it's a crime it under the fast food catagory! Great burgers and fries, made when you order. Its really food, real potatoes and good meat. Huge portions, so unless you are starving, I recommend the Little Burger and the small fries are plenty for two people to share. Great staff, clean facility. Give it a try!

Great food, great service; however, we don't go very often, very pricy. We love there overflowing cup of french-fries. They fill the cup then dump the rest in the bag. Definitely enough for two people. Sometimes we just go there for the fries. Oh, did I mention they have large container of peanuts and cups. Full them and take to your table.

Literally one of the only places we can take my son to eat out since he has a TON of food allergies. They gladly changed out their gloves - which I didn’t ask for. I just said he has allergies to gluten and they just went and changed them all out and put his food in a separate container. THANK YOU! 🥰

The freshness and flavor are definitely worth the cost. I always look forward to a burger and fries from 5 Guys because I know that it has not been sitting under a heat lamp drying out! A go-to place for an awesome burger!

Staff greeted me upon arrival with exuberance, the line was kind of long but went quite fast, the man taking my order was incredibly nice, and the food came out quickly and with great quality. Bathroom and tables were clean. A great Five Guys experience!

This experience was the best customer service i’ve ever experienced in my life, and i’ve worked fast food for 5/7 years… Anyways, I walked in and was greeted by all three employees which to me has never happened, the employee who took my order was absolutely amazing! He was so kind, patient and helpful! I got a burger and slept 2 topping on different halves because I was sharing the burger, no issue at all! He kept assuring me it was perfectly okay! I am so pleased with the service that was provided, the manager was making my burger and even asked me about the halves just to verify it was correct the first time! Definitely great workers! Five Guys, whoever was working register at 7:28pm, he deserves a raise and employee of the month!

Good management. How can you tell? The place runs well, all the workers had a job, a smile, and were communicating. Food was good, fast and exactly what we ordered.
