Beautiful park! It's soooo green and well maintained. I see some people hung their hammocks on the trees. Great idea!! This is a great place to relax or go for a picnic. Lots of shade.

There are not a lot of parking, luckily we were able to get a spot. The restroom is right next to the parking lot, didn't have a chance to check it out to see if it's clean but looked fine from the outside.

The park is one of the stops that link to the long walk way along the river. It's a great trail, easy & flat with beautiful nature, calming environment. Highly recommend taking a walk here.

We also walked by a decent size dog park. They split it into 2 areas for large dogs and small dogs. Lots of room for your dogs to run around and play with other dogs. Looked like they were pretty happy!

Very nice park along the river with nice trails to walk or run. They also have a dog park with separate sections for small and large dogs. Saw people on floats just enjoying the river as well.

Great place for a stroll by the river. If you have dogs it's one of the best dog parks in town too. I love that they connected the bike path through there so it makes it a great place to bike as well now.

I love this place. Clean and green and well kept up. Great path by the river as well as a fenced area for the dogs to run free. Friendly folks and everyone very respectful with their dogs. Restroom was clean and well kept too.

Wonderful park along the riverside with humourous ban of sex offenders by the city. "Welp, guess I'll go be a predator somewhere else!"

Saw a river otter bobbing along early morning. It appears there's a healthy morning crowd that does laps here.

Really useful and well-maintained with lots of trails, benches, bathrooms, and a dog park. Sufficient parking, too. Will definitely go again.

Incredibly beautiful and well maintained park. Bordering the French Broad River, the park offers plenty paved walking paths, great for biking also, and there's ample space on large grassy areas for volleyball, frisbee tossing, croquet, or just lying around being lazy. Come on out and bring the family and friends and food and have lots of fun!

I usually enjoy a 6 mile trail from the dog park to the other end along the riverside. It totals 6 miles when going down and back.

This is a lovely park alongside the French Broad river. There is a paved greenway trail throughout the River Arts District on both sides of the river. It’s a great place to walk, run, bike, or skate. The park has clean restrooms.

I love this park. It is right on the French Broad River. I often walk here and in the connecting park to Carrier Park. There is a nice dog park as well. The park does flood when there is a lot of rain, but it is a nice place for walking and running.

Nice park. As a tourist who loves the outdoors and walking; it was amongst the best. The river itself is amazing in scope and history. I determined the town should redo the placard about the river's history, and put unbreakable glass on top. This a shame and a pity someone would fancy it sane to destroy it.

Also you may wish to do it in medal and embossing. Eliminates fade factor. It's worth it!!!

The skate and bike run is fabulous as well. Green tomatoes and fried okra compare. Ha!! Georgia on my mind. Ashville planted in my heart.

Nice place to go for a walk by the river. Plenty of free parking, bathrooms, etc. The trail goes for a long time. There are also some benches to sit down at.
