Today my husband and I bought a 2005 jeep from here and I could not ask for a better place to buy a used vehicle. They were super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back 100% recommend.

Worked with Jesse(brielfy) and Jay (mostly/mainly) ver very friendly people. I knew what I wanted when I walked in, the truck was currently being looked at by someone else, so I waited then I looked at it, liked what I saw so I test drove it. On the test drive I noticed it needed new brakes , no big deal, also a new serpentine belt because boy was she a squealing, and also a soon to be replaced cv axle but thats all okay for a 17/18 year old truck. Whoever had this previously did not take care of it mechanically wise.A little surface rust on the frame and some rust on the bottom driver side door.which the truck did come from Michigan along its journey to here in NC so it's expected. and the interior is a solid 9.5/10 looks like a brand new truck. Ive gotten nothing but compliments about this beauty. Nice all terrain tires on it, 4WD quad cab. Basically everything I wanted in a truck.but for the price despite all the little issues that I KNEW I was getting into it, I purchased it. A dark blue 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab 4WD. Absolute dream truck. And YES I will be coming here again and YES I will refer people here, and my advice to people who purchase anything from here, know what you're getting into before you buy something you don't like and try to bash the people, especially when you're buying 5-10- 15+ year old cars, theyre gonna have issues!The people here are so down to earth and dont pressure you into anything and have awesome customer service. And they also offer either a 6/month 6k mile warranty or 12/month 12000 mile warranty and of course i got the 12 month, for the price its a must just to be safe.But in the end of things I KNEW what I was getting into to and I knew what was expected, but for the price you can't beat it, especially for the cheap down payment, and cheap biweekly payments and ill own it in under 3 years!Will come back again! Love these guys!! Professional, courteous. Not in your face/high pressure sales like some other used car lots!! I've bought three vehicles from them & going to buy another next wk!! I trust them & that's saying something when you can say that about a used car dealership!!!

These are good people. You never know how a car was treated before they get it. They can't predict the future. My sister and my sister in law purchased vehicle's here this year and they have both been great vehicle's. We purchased a 2016 hyundai santa fe on Wednesday it test drove great while we were there. No one wants a car to break down. Not the buyer or the seller. Once you drive it off the lot it's a risk you take when buying a used car.

I really am grateful for what Appalachian Motors has to offer. Good, dependable vehicles with NO credit check. I purchased my 2009 Nissan Rogue there. Jesse was very knowledgeable and just made the whole experience pleasant. I highly recommend this place!! Thank you guys!! Go Braves!!

Great car dealership! We got a great deal on a really nice truck. Salesman wasn’t pushy and was really knowledgeable and helpful. We’re upgrading my wife’s car and our kids cars soon. We won’t be purchasing from anyone else but Appalachian Motors!

We have gotten 3 cars from this place ranging from a 95 to a 2013. After reading the negative reviews I have to say that I disagree. They offer a 6 month warranty and a year warranty with their cars and it’s $15 dollars extra a month. The guys are not pushy, give you time to look before rushing out, don’t complain when you want to start multiple cars, and are always friendly with us! We’ve been there in pouring rain and they were still friendly when we looked at multiple cars in the pouring rain. We have had no issues with them and will continue to buy! Thanks guys!

This dealership is slightly over 175 miles from my house, however they had the make, model and options on a car we were looking for. Called spoke to Jay told him we would be traveling from Greensboro to look at a Jeep Commander. When I arrived I was treated very nicely, gave the keys and told to drive it . Jay gave me directions to get back on the highway and a suggested route around town. No pressure at all!! came back discussed price, told him we were on way to look at one a local new car dealer. He said the owner realized I had rode from Greensboro and I was serious about it and had taken a "little more" off because of that. Told him I would thank about and we were on way to look at another Commander . Not more than 15 minutes later the owner Jason called to discuss the price. I told him, I realized these cars had no warranty of any kind so I was interested in a warranty and realized he would make a little something off that also. He immediately said he would sell that at his cost. Told him I was at the other dealership and I would call him back. Called him back made a counter offer, was accepted, went back to sign paperwork. Due to lateness of hour had to make arrangements to come back on Labor Day to pick up car. They were closed that day, but made arrangements for another salesman Jessie to meet and assist us that day. Again very nice and answered all my questions promptly and had no hesitation with anything. Bottom line, no idea how the vehicle will be long term, that is why you buy a extended warranty on a high end used vehicle, but I do know I was treated as nice or better by the entire staff as any new/used car dealer ever has!!!! I felt they appreciated my business.

I could not be happier with our experience with Appalachian Motors. We were buying this car for my wife and I needed to know that it would be safe and not break down when she would be driving alone. They went through the whole car with us with an accurate and honest description. I would recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to buy from them again. Since purchase we have had no issues and are still very happy a year later.

I bought a Volvo from this dealership and got great, courteous service. I have had my car over a year now with absolutely no problems. It is a great vehicle! I was impressed with the service and Jesse Cordell went over the vehicle with me showing me the features and details of the car. It felt like I was buying a new car. Great experience!!!

I bought my 16 year old son a small SUV from Appalachian since my sister and brother-in-law had bought a car there and recommended them because of their experience. All the guys down there are friendly and I felt they were honest with me and they did not pressure me. I drove the car, had it checked out by a friend who's a mechanic, and had no hassles at all. It doesn't seem like the typical used car place. I definitely recommend them.

Do you're homework before buying any vehicle from anywhere. If you're looking to buy something test drive it take it to you're mechanic check everything over. You are not being forced to buy a vehicle. If there's a warranty purchased it. Its for you're piece of mind. If you refuse the warranty that is you're fault not the dealer. Negative reviews are from people that didn't help themselves and trying to blame it on someone else for their dumb mistake.

My fiance and I have 2 cars financed through them my 4Runner an his vw Jetta never had one problem out of these people they are very nice helpful and the best people to work with. they work with u on payments just the best dealership I have found in years.....

Davey was awesome! Test drove a vehicle, yes the check engine light was on minor sensory issues, got the warranty they offered to pay for everything and they did. Even when leaving they told ua to go to a place to get new windshield wipers and they paid for it. Its the small things that theyd paid attention to that made car buying easy! Very fast service in there and out within an hour. Thanks!

Just purchased a Ford truck and love it! It did have a problem with a few things but I was very satisfied with the way they handled those things and helped me out! I would recommend the entire dealership to anyone! Friendly and courteous!

I bought a truck from them 3 1/2 years ago and it was great till it got to were I couldn't afford to fix any issue with it so I called these dudes up they took it back as trade and put me in a nice jeep and it was a quick process 10/10
