Rack Room Shoes

I ordered a pair of shoes on line. I was to pick them up in store. Upon arrival at store I found an email stating my order had been cancelled. And no explanation was given. I find that part very rude and unprofessional.
BUT.... the lady at the store was very helpful. She found the shoes at the other store in town! She was very nice.

Thank you to the lady and young gentleman that you were training this evening for helping my son and I find the shoes we were looking for to exchange sizes. You both went above and beyond this evening and it was greatly appreciated. In a world so fast paced and stressful you both made this such an easy and relaxing process.

They didn't have what I was looking for but the staff suggested other stores in the mall that did have what I was looking for instead of trying to sell me something I didn't want they were very helpful and courteous and good neighbors for the outlet Discount Mall

The staff was friendly and kind, the store was clean, the shoe selection was of a good variety. Most times shoes are buy one get one 50% off, so it's best to shop with a friend or plan on buying more than one pair. A good selection of sneakers, fun and dress shoes.

Not a bad selection of shoes and they regularly run a BOGO 50% off which is excellent for students or Christmas gifts. I was just gifted some sweet Vans from there and now I have my eye on some Chuck Taylors they have. Quite a selection of Crocs and Crocs charms as well. Would shop there again.
