Josh the store manager was probably one of the kindest and most helpful retail workers I have ever come across. He was friendly and went above and beyond to make my shopping experience relaxed and pleasant. I ended up coming back twice because I wanted to pick up a few more things, I just felt so welcomed, that I wanted to visit again!

Great deals and good selection of suiting and jeans that fit me better than other brands. Josh is always very helpful!

I am so thankful for the two men who stopped me in Dillard’s and said to get my tail to Express because they were having a good sale. Not only did we find a quality suit, we had the most amazing help from Josh. His knowledge and expertise is something I would’ve expected from a high end luxury place that only sold suits. Not only did he go in the back several times to find the correct sizes, he never made us feel like we were dumb for not really knowing much about suits & he never complained when having to go hunt down more sizes. 15 out of 10 stars ⭐

Additionally, MOMMAS the slim sizes are AMAZING for teen boys in that not quite men’s size but definitely too large for boys. Light tailoring and he’s going to be good to go.

Price was less than $300 for jacket, pants, button up shirt, belt & bow tie!

Good customer service. The employee even helped set me up for a discount. That was a win! It's already an outlet store and that helped me save even more. Had to find a last minute replacement dress in blue for a wedding. Thankfully the day was saved and my life... well maybe a slight exaggeration but the bride wouldn't have been happy with me.

I just had such a great experience with a clerk named India on the phone. She was so helpful and kind. These days, you never know what you’re going to get when you call a store. Mostly I wind up talking with disengaged, rushed, annoyed people who can’t be bothered. India was the exact opposite. What a win that Express has her on their team!

I had a very pleasant experience on Friday, thanks to Kristin and Heley. (Sorry if I butchered your names!). They seemed to be understaffed but the ladies were still hard at work and made my shopping experience easier. Thank you!

Nothing short of a superior shopping experience. The staff in this location will let you do your own thing if that's your preference, but if you like to chat or need any kind of assistance they are incredible. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about the product & seem to genuinely enjoy working in the store. Always a fun time here.

I'm a longtime Express customer and I have to say this location has superior customer service to any Express store I've ever visited. It's worth the drive every time for the incredible service in addition to the great prices. Thank you to David, Josh and Hillary for all your help!

Honestly, I thought Express was only a women's store. Glad I checked it out. A nice selection, good value at the outlet, and very friendly, helpful staff.
