Paul is always so friendly and helpful. They have had 99 percent of the things I have ever needed, and their prices on bolts and nuts are good. It's my go to hardware store, no waiting in line!

Excellent customer service timely and professional. If you know what they have it or can get it. I am absolutely certain that anyone who has said the were unprofessional dosen't know how properly measure the hardware they were asking for or flat didn't know what they wanted to begin with.
