Ordered a booster for my 68 camaro that was very well packed, but received damaged from the shipping company, so I called Pirate Jack and Eric answered, I told him what happened and he checked out the problem and now he is sending me another booster. I ordered a complete disc brake kit with master cylinder booster and upper and lower control arms. Everything went right into place no guesswork highly recommend the brake line kit to go with it. I am really pleased with how easy it was to install. Definitely will be ordering from them again on my next project.

Was very pleased with the service from the initial contact to service after the sale. Eric Sims has been exceptional from calling me to respond to my first email instead of following up with an email. He answered all my questions and gave me a few options to consider.

When received the order had some damage and missing components to one part. Eric solved the problem with no hassles making sure I was taken care of immediately.

I have installed the from disc brakes and tubular A-Arms and am very pleased with the product. I look forward to completing the rear discs. As this was the first time buying and doing a complete brake upgrade the experience with Pirate Jack and Eric was a pleasure.

I purchased a disc brake conversion kit from them on eBay. The whole transaction on there was great!!
I received my items a couple days after I placed the order and just set them aside.
2 months later I finally open the box and found out I didn’t get any rotors. I was bummed since I was well past the return period.
I messaged them about it and they responded immediately and sent out a set of rotors that I received in 2 days.
Still need to install the disc brake kit so I can’t comment on that part of the purchase

I purchased brakes and suspension kit almost 3 years ago. Had some trouble with the upper control arm bushings. I called and spoke with Eric and within a few days he had a new set of bushings at my house,...I didn't even need to pay shipping. No complaints about this company or any of the products they sell.

I purchased a rear disc conversion kit for my 68 Firebird. I received quality parts and hardware. Had some questions about the staggered shock set up. Called and spoke to someone that was very knowledgeable and helpful. Considering buying their power booster kit.

Bought a kit for my Impala and they walked me through the hard part on the phone. My car stops well and I would by from them again. Their tech support is great and I'll be converting my Camaro with them too this summer.

These guys are awesome. I drove to Asheville to pick up my parts. Steve was my salesman but I didn't get to meet him. He really took care of all my needs and I look forward to working with him on my next build. If you need brake conversion kits these guy have you covered.

I worked with Steve and the shop for my 1972 El Camino. They were great to work with, had everything I needed, made sure that any additional suspension items I bought were going to fit. I cannot stress how really great this shop is.

I had a master cylinder that had a leak, and was out of warranty. Eric being the standup guy that he is shipped me a new one free of charge. Tell me where you are going to find better customer service.
