My daughter and I love this store. Recently we had an issue with a staff member who, with good intentions, tried to explain that my daughter had her eyes set on a sweater that was much too big for her and that he didn’t want her to be disappointed. He didn’t realize that, in part to her specific neurodivergence, she prefers her comfy clothes to be very oversized. My daughter’s aunt called later on to relay how this affected my daughter. Lindsay was extremely understanding and was able to help us get the sweater - the employees here are so kind and they >all< really do their best to accommodate for you and even when they make mistakes they will do anything in their power to do what they can to make amends. 10/10 recommend this HT location for all things spoopy, anime, and generally alternative. Autistic kids are welcomed and accommodated for here!

Love the store it has an open or roomy set up to where your not standing up against other ppl while shopping. Have a great selection of items to choose from. Usually has great deals or discounts

This is the best hot topic I have ever walked into! The store itself is much larger than any other I've been in, the aisles are large enough to walk through without knocking over everything in your path. Merchandise is grouped intuitively, and fully displayed and clearly labeled - not the usual hunt and hope to find the items you are looking for. The staff was very pleasant and while keeping a watchful eye on customers, there was not the feeling of being "spied on" which makes shopping here a really pleasant experience.

I'm a super edgy rebel so I obviously like...totally love this store. I can buy my 40$ super cool red jeans. I got a really rebellious sticker. It's flounder from the little mermade. Flounder is such a roll model to me and other emo kids because he broke the rules and played music in King Trident's kingdom and I just wanna play music in the library one day.

First time to the mall and this Hot Topic very friendly staff. Maxwell was so nice and made me feel at home.

I honestly have always liked hotopic.
This one in the Asheville mall is pretty great just a bit small but it seems like they all are.
I've gotten so many things from here and have been happy every time.

When I was a young boy, my father took me in to the city. And we went to hot topic while we were there. It was a pleasant experience. A+

Great place for nerdy and goth needs
