Truly outstanding service and fair prices. Lisa in the Men’s clothing department was so very helpful, she’s a perfect 10! It’s hard to find such amazing service anymore.

My companions are true shoppers. One informed me that this is an A rated store.
We went in looking for a certain item. But was soon distracted by the selection of purses. When we focused we continued to explore and all left with no purchases.

But we made another discovery as we were not from the area (home is down east). We managed to come back and I believe one of the girls purchased a bag.
The store is very clean, organized and enjoyable to get around in.

Byron helped me find a fabulous fragrance today. I am new to perfumes and he was very kindly attune to helping me find what I thought I wanted. Lo and behold it was the first fragrance he showed me, hah! Incredibly patient. I am very grateful to have had such an informative experience today that I’ll take with me for future perfume related endeavors!

Always have good experiences with staff and clothes here. For instance, near the end of season a pair of cashmere lined lamb skin Murano gloves can be had for under $30. High quality goods!

Shopped the Lancome counter - Myrna was BEYOND WONDERFUL & I look forward to continuing now with Lancome.
& I shopped the lingerie dept... didn't find any bras this time, but I enjoyed talking with the Associate working that day. Both ladies' kindness made my day.

A really nice department store. Each piece of men’s clothing I looked at was top quality. Good selection of shoes with all leather soles. Mary was great in that department assisting me. Nicely lighted and a helpful staff.

Outstanding Service!! Mr. Edward assisted my son in selecting a suit. Very pleasant and courteous experience with attention to the correct fit and occasion.

I wish I could remember the name of the Lady that worked the register closest to the dressing rooms near the bathing suit area. She was SO HELPFUL.. getting the right size clothes, which made it easy to spend a lot of money, hehe. Pretty special that I felt like I had a personal shopper to help me.... All while pretty busy in the store. She was great. Looking forward to going back.

Byron Scott was a great help, very friendly, informative, and very knowledgeable about products at this location. I live 4 hours away in Fayetteville NC and got the best service at this Dillard than i’m my owe town. Thanks Byron! Give this man a raise and a promotion!

I Love to go in Dillards after Christmas to get deals on marked down Christmas items. Dillard's is a Great place to shop.

I walked through the store to get to Hallmark in the mall and fell in love. There is no Macy's around here but this seems to have comparable merchandise so we opened an account and I will be shopping there. Love it even though it's a bit pricey.

Needed a suit on short notice and the super kind and helpful associate who worked in that department (7/16 - 18/23)helped me get one I loved. Never made me feel like a burden and was very professional, never forgetting to say my pleasure and thanking me for my business.

Good store, clean and usually quiet and well lit. People are very polite and friendly. Wish they had more basics/colors. Definitely more of a focus on workwear/ girly stuff.

Suzanna at the women’s department on the second floor is amazing!!!! She assisted me few days ago. What a great experience!!!

Dillards has everything I need or want. The sale prices are amazing. The associates know their products and are very helpful.

Michael in the men's department was the MAN!! HE KNOWS HIS STYLIN. He helped me out so much and I am extremely happy with the wedding outfit I purchased. I wish there were more pros like Michael in more department stores he is one of a kind. Go Dillards!!

Always a good place to buy business clothes

Needed to purchase some bras with no underwire. I am a large breast woman and it is very difficult to find one. Sheila and the women's delicates was incredibly helpful, I absolutely recommend asking for her! With a smile she answered every question and walked me around explaining which ones would be the best for me and I very much appreciated that. Thank you again Sheila you are a saint!

They actually had long pants for tall people.
