I really want to brag on our server today, Kameron. Not only was he able to juggle the many responsibilities he was assigned, he did so with finesse.

His professionalism was definitely noticed in his handling of difficult customers who appeared intent on complaining with the goal of gaining free food.

Through it all, Kameron gave service with a smile. O'Charley's has a great asset in this young man and I hope management knows it.

Food is always delicious. My wife likes some sort of Hawaiian pineapple bowl, says it's heavenly. Murals on the wall are great and gives it a fun family feeling.

Everything was phenomenal. The steak was cooked to perfection. My ribs had so much flavor and fell off the bone. I travel for work and I shut down the Simpsonville and Hendersonville locations. This was is so good I hope it's not lost as well. This place was amazing tonight!! Our food was Togo but it was still so good. We had a couple of drinks while we waited. Such a pleasant experience

Date night with hubby (married almost 29 yrs)
They have brought back free pie Wednesday's. He loves the lemon pie. Glad he can get that there. I don't do sweets.

Very satisfied!! Everything is delicious. Our waitress was so friendly, funny and pleasant to talk to. Thank you Logan for everything!!!

Enjoyed there chicken salad. It was on a Monday night. There was 10 of us. They had two waitresses for the left side of the building. Not their fault but the service was slow.

Been here a couple times and they're pretty consistent. The food is typical for chain restaurants. The service was great though. I'd definitely come back.

Wait time was WAAAAYYYY too long due to short staff AND I miss the vegetarian options (there are hardly any at all) but what I ordered was yummy.

Combo app is the best thing to get! Really good potato skins; and the chicken is good!

This was a relaxing and fun place. Food was mainly American food and it was good. Very clean and service very good.

I'll be honest. I'm writing this as I sit down with my meal. My Waiter Joey was very friendly from the start, complimented my food order, checks on my regularly. He is on the ball, checked my steak before he walked away. Cuts like butter. I hate not having an O Charley's where I'm from.

Today... oh we enjoy it here but today no! I can't believe our waitress. Started out so good. She was sweet, conversed well took our order , suggested items and was great. Then down hill. Others waitress came over and refreshed drinks. Came with more rolls. Nolp never our waitress... then We waited after we finished. Needed boxes, Bill, refill drinks. Grabbed a passing waitress and asked for ours. The host came said he would get our waitress- he came back with boxes. A different waitress came with our bill. Another 8 mins went by. I caught the other waitress and said "we would like to pay please" OH she said she couldn't take it , our waitress would have to take it... another 10 mins... so as host came by I not so nicely said Hey we would like to leave, need to pay our bill. He said he would have to get the manager to ring it up. Ok. So in the mean time our waitress went to tables all around us , took orders, brought drinks, beer, food but never came back. Even though she walked right by us . Eye contact too. No we were very nice as always, we were having a good time. Never once were we not nice to her. Shoot she never came to our table so ..
Well we paid the bill 34 mins after we were finished eating. I'm pissed. Never have we ever had anytrouble at Oh Charlie's. One of our favorites.
Oh by the way, I've been a waitress for 30 years and a customer for 50 plus to restaurants. So not 1 penny in tip. I should of given it to the host. He was terrific as well as the other wait staff who stopped by our table.
So manager I ask that you inform wait staff to stop at least twice to see if customer needs and give a bill when they see the customer is finished eating.
We are great tippers too. We start at 20% and go from there. She started out a 25% but 0% by the end.

Great service and the food was AMAZING! It's a great place to go with friends and have a great meal with drinks. This place is a hidden gem.

I used ActiveMenus for Delivery for an O’Charleys meal. It was good & service/delivery was fast.

I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience. We got plenty of food and the service was great! My husband alwaus gets the Louisiana steak and always says it's the best steak he has ever gotten. I got a combination plate with ribs and chicken strips and they were both great! You can't go wrong with O'Charlie'S!!

You guys have the best rolls around! The hospitality was amazing from the host, I believe his name was Preston and the server made sure to treat us well. I've been to other locations and they've met my expectations with low standards but this location blew me out of the water. Definitely can't wait to come back!
