They had some good sales going on and the people at the checkout counter were nice.

I always find awesome deals in the back closeout section at this Old Navy!

Love the deals old navy always has especially around the holidays. The store is always so neat and the staff will help u find whatever u need all you need to do is ask. I dont like that the security in the store acts as if everyone is in there to scam take or steal. I watched this and the lady guard and was appauled so we haven't shopped here in awhile the people Clearly were not stealing either....whats the point in that????

We couldn't find the size we needed for one of our grands but when we got to the register our cashier, I think her name is Madeline (or close to it) gave us absolute customer service. 😊

On his last day as an employee I received great customer service from Nash and a great shopping experience with Ashley, the manager who assisted him.

They have upgraded in quality!! And it's more affordable than a lot of stores in the mall!!

Old Navy has been a favorite of mine for years. I go there for jeans and so do my teenagers. They even have tall , slim jeans that fit my daughter.

I was in Asheville from out of town (2hours) and after hours of exhausting shopping, realized I had lost my car keys. I retrieved the spare from inside the car using my keypad we drove the 2 hours home. I called most of the stores we shopped and the keys were at Old Navy. No problem, they were mailed right out to me. Thank you for your prompt customer service.
