Dr. Van Wye was awesome! He was thorough and warm. We felt genuinely cared for and my boys had a very positive experience. I like doctors with common sense thinking that don't just give out prescriptions to satisfy anxious minds. I see there are a few people that reviewed him negatively and commented that he says certain tests can be a waste of time. We did discuss testing for allergies, but my question was if he is allergic to some seasonal things, will it change treatment!? And the answer is no! Why am I going to pay for a test that ultimately won't change what we do?? We only needed to do a breathing test to make sure he wasn't asthmatic.

I had a great first visit at Allergy Partners from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Cross was thorough in his evaluation, and patiently answered all of my questions. Great practice!

Dr Smallwood is awesome my daughter says! He is thorough and talks to her And not just us her parents. He gets her thoughts on her situation. The nurses are super sweet too even during stressful situations like the allergy testing on a child which my daughter was nervous for. My daughter said she didn’t feel rushed when she was feeling nervous about getting the testing done. They waited until she felt more comfortable to start and talked her through everything.

I highly recommend!!! Finally a doctor who didn't talk down to me. He put things in words and ways that I can understand and was very polite and made sure I was ok during the visit. This was one of the best Dr visits I've ever had!

The doctor and nurses that work here are extremely nice! They made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I’m so happy with my visit and I have already recommended other people to come here!

Dr. Cranford has been a refreshing addition to my child’s care team. She listens to our concerns and is willing to adjust our plan based on feedback we have. She answers all of my questions kindly and in a way that’s easy to understand. The front office team has been easy to communicate with and are always empathetic and thorough. I’m very thankful our family has landed in the care of this practice.

The doctors are very friendly, efficient, and thorough. The staf is very helful. Scheduling appointments is very easy!

I have seen Dr. Cross at the Asheville location for years. He oversees a rare genetic condition that I have. To be honest, I am shocked reading all of these negative reviews, as I have not had a bad experience in my eight years of being seen at this office. Dr. Cross is one of those doctors who really takes the time to listen, and is always happy to chat with me about the latest research in the realm of my condition. I am very grateful for the care that I receive from him; I have lots of other experiences with doctors, where I leave feeling upset or unheard, and that is never the case with Dr. Cross.

Everyone I came into contact with was very nice. Especially Dr. Cranford and sweet nurse Kelsey. I have never felt so at ease at an appointment. I’m person who usually suffers from white coat syndrome, but I had no issues. At one point Kelsey and I were laughing out loud. Dr. Cranford was kind, knowledgeable and took her time with me. I am so happy I decided to go get allergy tested. The experience was itchy but had to be the best it gets.

Everyone at Allergy Partners were kind, patient, and knowlegeable. Dr Copenhaver is excellent!

If you have any suspicion of an allergy or have never had an allergy test at all then I would highly recommend you give them a visit.

My Nurse and Doctor were both very patient, knowledgeable and thorough! I had extensive testing for allergies done and they came up with a game plan to get me on the road to recovery. I will be returning for immunotherapy and feel very comfortable with seeing them twice a week for 4 months!

I absolutely love this practice! From the front desk to the nursing staff to the doctor (Dr. Copenhaver), everyone was incredibly kind and friendly. It was my first experience with an allergist and allergy testing. They took their time getting my history and explaining the process to me. Once they discovered what I'm allergic to, the doctor gave me two options for treatment and emphasized that there was no rush to make a decision. Once I chose allergy shots he explained the next steps and I was out of there! Quick and easy visit and I felt very cared for.

I saw Dr. Winston today. Ran a series of tests and found out I had quite a few environmental allergies. He was very kind and did a great job explaining things to me and very knowledgeable. We got a treatment plan together that should fix these issues. I would gladly see him again. It's nice seeing a doctor who you can tell cares about your wellbeing like Dr. Winston. The only down side was the wait. They were busy though, so it's understandable.

Dr. Van Wye, staff, waiting area are great! The doctor is personable and able to explain things on my level. I'm an engineer; I have a lot of questions but no medical training. They have electronic check in for shots, and so far my wait has averaged 5 minutes!

I met with Dr. Coulson. She is an excellent listener and showed genuine caring and understanding of my issues. I felt heard and hopeful. I highly recommend her and the staff at Allergy Partners. It's a pleasure dealing with that practice compared to others in the area.

Dr. McCann's staff are very professional while being nice at the same time. That's hard to come by anymore. Dr. McCann himself is a very patient man who will listen even though he is real busy. I love every one there! Even the lady at the front desk is great and helpful if needed. I couldn't ask for a better practice!

Dr. McCann and his staff are amazing. My son has been seen there since he was 2 years old. The entire office goes above and beyond for every appointment- both for my son and towards his brother and sister when they are there as well. Super thorough, caring and extremely knowledgable.

I referred a patient to your practice. We needed her tested for a penicillin allergy as quickly as possible. You got her in, tested and sent us the results within 3 days. You helped her avoid going to the hospital for IV antibiotics during the pandemic. Thank you!

I originally came to this office about a year and a half ago and saw Dr. Elliston. He was very friendly, personable and extremely knowledgeable. He suggested we do a complete test to see what I am allergic to. To my surprise my allergies were very bad. I have had nothing but a wonderful experience here. I would reccomend this office on McDowell Street to anyone. I am very satisfied with the entire staff I have dealt with. Thanks!
