Staff was helpful although the didn't have what I was looking for. There was not a
very big inventor for women's jeans. Much more geared towards men clothing.

We were in the fishing dept and associate Kemaree approached us to see if we had questions, or needed help, and he accomplished both. His communication skills, friendliness, and attention to our needs were excellent. He then helped us with the product and also with the purchase and service agreement plan at the cash register. We left as very satisfied customers.

Shopped here over the weekend. Had a small issue I discovered two days later. Living an hour away I had very little hope I would find a resolution. However, assistant store manager, Lydia, was very helpful and was able to rectify the situation satisfactorily. She went out of her way for me and was very pleasant during our entire interaction. I will definitely shop here again as I’m not a regular customer due to the distance.

Everyone was so positive! This Covidn19 brings such restrictions and our Cashier was so positive and blessed me! His comment was ..that we are blessed just to have another day and be here! Sometimes just a comment and place us back on track!

I drove an hour to get here after I called and asked if they had river tubes. An employee informed me they had them. So glad they had them and my family and I were able to tube down the river on our vacation.

Matt at the golf section was helpful in getting me sized up for a putter.

I went in just prior to closing. I was assisted by an associate in finding what I was looking for and proceeded to the checkout. Ashley, who was the cashier was very helpful with my transaction and I actually saved money!

Selection on bigger sizes( size 12 & 13 ) was limited. Otherwise, staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Pleasant experience

As big box stores go, this one is typically on it. The selection is clearly sufficient, and rarely does a staff member walk by without asking if they may be of assistance. Solid operation.

Excellent customer service. Held a pair of football cleats for me overnite. I could not have found the style and price and size anywhere else.

Allowed me to return an item 6 months after I purchased it! I still had receipt and item had tags but I was amazed as they have a 60 day return policy.

Had exactly what we needed and the sales guy in the shoes was great at finding the right size for my son's wrestling shoes
