Honest mechanics are hard to find, these guys are great and pricing is always fair. I get my oil changes here and some brake maintenance etc

I’ve gone here for years because I trust them and always have a good experience. They have fair prices and seem to be honest and patient whenever I ask them questions about my car’s service. Usually I’ll just wait in the waiting room during my appointment because they’re always efficient (and they have cute dogs who sit in the waiting room with you). 10/10 experience every time, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Great experience getting new tires and wheels installed. Friendly, courteous and completed the job in the allotted timeframe. This was my third experience with them - highly recommended.

Always a great experience. I came here by recommendation, after I called 2 other highly recommended places. One had a very rude receptionist and the other quoted me very high. So I called M&D and they quoted me less than half of what the other shop did! Super helpful and cheerful on the phone as well. Great prices and friendly people! Will recommend to all.

The owner always makes sure that you leave happy and that everything is working as good as new. Amy in the office is a sweetheart and is always a pleasure to work with. If you need any auto repairs please look them up.

I had a flat tire driving down the interstate, and I found out the hard way that the custom rims on the car I had recently purchased did not work with the factory supplied tire wrench, so I couldn't change it with the spare. Fortunately, they were the next exit. They put the spare on for me and had a replacement tire for me the next day at a very fair price. I left my rim there. The flat tire tire was clearly shot; there was no upselling, just FYI. I came back by, and they had the tire replaced, balanced, all the typical good stuff, done very quickly. Just a wonderful experience. I would recommend them to anyone!

Don't write reviews much but M&D earned it. I've gone here three times now and they've done a an honest job for a great price every time. Keith and Amy are good honest people, I recommend this place whenever you need work done on your car.

I am a local business owner. And these people are top notch. I asked them to look over my car. And from other mechanics I usually get this needs fixed or that. But he said my car was fine. I was ready to pay for all new breaks and he said I was good. I have never been to a mechanics or repair shop where I didn't have to pay more. I recommend this place all day long.

This place is awesome! Keith and Amy are top notch! I have nothing but excellent things to say about this place of business. I had a few issues with my transmission and my truck needed a tuneup and they had it done with time to spare! Unlike some places I have gone to in the past they actually warranty their work and tell you exactly what needs to be done. Trying to sell you services that you do not need is something they do not do. Take your vehicle here next time you need anything done as this is my one stop shop for any and all things that I need done for my truck!!!!!

I no longer live in Asheville, but I will always stop by M&D whenever I'm in town. Keith and the folks there were a big help when I was going through a rough time. They put up with a lot of issues from my lemon of a car at the time, and they did whatever they could to keep that thing running while I got my life together. I never met a mechanic that cared so much for his customers. Keith is a good and honest man that runs a great and honest business.

Fantastic Establishment!

My wife and I were visiting the Asheville area recently and was coming down the Blue Ridge Parkway after a day hike and our car began to skip and we very fortunately were able to turn into M & D luckily after getting off the expressway and they were so kind repaired the ignition coil that been burnt. The staff were so courteous and prompt in the diagnosis and repair of our vehicle. We can't thank you enough for saving our vacation and fixing our vehicle in such a timely manner!

Finding a trustworthy mechanic is hard! But you can't do better than to trust your car to Keith Rice who knows his stuff! He will always tell you the truth about what he believes is wrong, and what it will cost to fix it. But the best part is that he almost always undercuts everybody else in price!!! Shop around, and you will see I'm right! You won't be sorry. Keith is an upstanding guy! (I have used Keith to care for my 2005 Honda Civic and my wife's 2006 Toyota Corolla.)
