Gavin absolutely made our experience! We arrived at the store within an hour of closing hoping to browse through the selection quickly, knowing we didn't want to be a bother arriving so closely too close. Despite the time, Gavin welcomed us with a warm smile and hot coffee. He gave us the space to explore without being pushy in any way. Judy, the sales person and Caitlin, the interior designer, were both great. We selected furniture that fit our style but we feel that we made better selections because of Judy’s and Caitlin’s knowledge and help. The room design that Caitlin did for us, after a home visit was exactly what we needed to be sure that everything would fit nicely. There was no additional cost for using Caitlin to help us with design and choices. We highly recommend this LaZBoy store for its quality products and staff!

To be honest, I only half-heartedly went into the store because I didn't expect that they would have a selection of furniture other than Lazy Boy chairs. Boy was I wrong! Not only did they have a fantastic selection, they are the only ones that I found that have a lifetime warranty on mechanics of their furniture, and a 10-year leather warranty available. Every other place I went was either three or five years. Gavin was fantastic to work with! It was not a pressure sales at all, unlike some of the other places!

Went into buy a swivel rocker recliner for the bedroom! The salesman was very easy to talk to and work with! Gave us options and his opinions without being pushy! 10 minutes later we made the purchase! Easy Peary!

Wow, finally getting a really good chair like I wanted, and even with the cloth I picked out! For 3 years, I've struggled with other local furniture companies, getting inferior chairs with defects, and not very comfortable. Lazy Boy really is the BEST, when it comes to comfort and quality!!! Update: had this chair quite some time now, and guess what? I love it even more! It gets more and more comfortable over time! Best investment I've made in a very long time!

Outstanding customer service. The staff was utmost exceptional as well as extremely helping while designing and selecting the furniture for our new home. Caitlin the designer was extraordinary, and the manager John was absolutely professional, helpful and we were able to get our order delivered within two weeks. Right on!

Gavin Zellner helped us over two visits to the store to find a great living room set for my son's new apartment which he is sharing with his brother. Gavin went out of his way to make sure we picked the right furniture style and coordinated colors and patterns to yield a beautiful room that they can use for themselves and in which they can entertain, and all at a really fair price. We will certainly keep Gavin and La-Z-Boy at the top of our list the next time we are looking for high quality furniture and service.

My husband and I were greeted soon upon entering the store. I briefly explained to the salesman what I was looking for and he was able to quickly and efficiently find me several options that fit my needs. The chair I loved was on sale, we got the protection plan at a reduced cost since the chair was on sale because we have a little boy and accidents happen! The whole process was quick, easy, and as enjoyable as any furniture shopping experience can be! My little boy and I are loving my new chair and would definitely shop here again!
