I think my husband loves me...because he went to Jared's... Angie and her team is amazing and helped throughout the whole year long process. Found the perfect Ring, stone and set for my finger. I love it!! Thanks again Angie!!!

We stopped in a few weekends ago just to look and ended up having the absolute best experience purchasing an engagement ring. Ashley helped us that day and she was an absolute joy to work with. She explained all of our options and was patient as we tried rings on and made our choice. She helped us through the financing options and even spoke with the onsite jeweler in order to have our ring ready for pickup the same day! Then the final above and beyond moment was when we walked back into the store to pick up the ring and she presented it to us on a flower bouquet! It was our anniversary weekend and Ashley, along with the rest of the Jared employees, made it one that we won’t forget!

We met such awesome people today and got my future husbands ring with Dylan. Dylan was so great, open, and honest about what would suit my fiancé best. While there we also ran into Angie who was just a wonderful woman all around. Thank you too both of them for showing my baby some love and attention she ate it up. Costumer service was done right here. Keep up the good work guys!!!

We went to another (well known) jewelry store 3 separate times looking at rings and trying to decide what fit us best. I left that store each time feeling more confused. Our experience at Jared’s was amazing. We couldn’t have done it without Angie’s expertise. She helped us through the whole process with the engagement ring all the way down to the wedding bands. Went to Watchmaker's shop to have a battery and link removed... The lazy guy that worked there said it would take a day or two. Went to Jared's and the entire staff was super friendly and welcomed us immediately. They had my father's watch fixed in about 5 minutes. Highly recommend this place!!! Great customer service!!!

This place was amazing I went in Hope greeted me showed me around I let her know what I was looking for and we had a piece picked out within 15 minutes I was out the door All the staff was polite and courteous I would recommend this jeweler to anyone

We got engaged last night here in Asheville! (from Raleigh). We brought the ring in this morning in hopes to get iit sized correctly so I could wear it - not wait until we got home.. THANK YOU SO MUCH to Raphael - the best jeweler ever! - who resized my ring quickly. Drop off and pick up in the matter of a couple hours. Amazing service and wonderful job!

Terry, Angie and Dylan were all super helpful! I had gotten my James Allen ring a few years ago, and wanted to make sure all the stones were good. Dylan had my ring polished. It looks just as good as the day I got It. Staff was very friendly highly recommend this store.

Phenomenal experience!! Walked in and immediately we were helped. Terry cleaned and inspected all of our jewelry and went above and beyond to talk us through diamond quality on both new and old pieces. Ashley then helped us transform a vintage Gucci watch given to my partner yesterday by her grandmother that we were told by another local jeweler was impossible. Incredible team!! Above and beyond.

Angie was my sales girl! She went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the purchase of my additional wedding band I wanted to add to my current set! I am thrilled with the final outcome!
