I have an extended/aftermarket warranty bought through these guys for my Ford F150 platinum. Had the drive line go out after owning it a few years, I just had to pay the 100$ deductible, much appreciated. No complaints here.

I had a problem with the hydraulic leveling jack system on my Thor ACE motorhome. I'm very happy to have CornerStone in my corner. They covered the very expensive cost of repair. My only concern was the 3rd party person they used to verify the diagnosis. Gentleman went to the repair shop and asked to put it all back together so he could verify the issue was actually broken, really!. To diagnose the issue the mechanic from Triad RV in NC had to take the system apart (solenoid on pump/motor was frozen open, which burned the motor). This request to reassemble was ridiculous and costly. CornerStone was called and they thought the request was a bit silly as well. They paid the claim very quickly. Everyone at CornerStone customer claim service was polite and helpful. I would highly recommend them as an extended warranty company. I feel its everything I want in a warranty plan (Ultimate Coverage Plan).

I have to say that I typically don't purchase extended (aftermarket) warranties, as they've been completely worthless in the past. Be it denied clamis for ridiculous reasons or just too many excluded items. I'm pleased to say that thus far, 15 months after purchase, I'm glad I changed my mind for this warranty. I had several issues that needed to be addressed on my 5th wheel, so I called my (mobile) mechanic and had him head on over. After his inspection of my concerns, he found nearly $4k worth repairs needed. He contacted Cornerstone for approval and within minutes, we got a no hassle approval. All I was responsible for was my $200 deductible, his service charge ($85) and tax on that total(total out of pocket was $304.20). Though my warranty was a bit expensive (almost $5k for 5 year platinum coverage), it seems as if it was worth the purchase. I still have over 3 1/2 years left on the warranty and everyone who owns a 5th wheel knows that plenty can go wrong within that time.

My most recent unit proved the value of this policy and my most recent claim proved the integrity of the company. Sometimes you get your money's worth and sometimes you don't but when stuff happens, Cornerstone came thru. I'm very happy they honored a claim that required multiple part duplications due to less than perfect work by first a mobile technician and then at the dealership service department. So despite the length of visit in the shop, I am back on the road after paying just the deductible and freight on parts. I'll call that a victory in unusual circumstances.

I needed to file a claim to have a repair done to my refrigerator lights. The service I received from customer service was exceptionally good and they provided me with the necessary paperwork. The rest of it was handled quickly and efficiently via email. I received my reimbursement check within a week and I am very happy with CornerStone United.

Bought a used car and was offered an extended warranty with it. This is one of those things I usually turn down, but for whatever reason decided to purchase it this time. I've owned the car (2016 Subaru Legacy) for over a year now with no issues.
Recently though I noticed a whirring, grinding noise coming from the back end of the vehicle so I looked up the warranty information and contacted customer service. I asked if there was anywhere I needed to take the vehicle in for service and they explained I could take it anywhere I was comfortable with, but that service department needed to call them prior to doing any work. I took my car to the local Subaru dealership and they determined the left rear wheel bearing was bad. They contacted CornerStone United, got the authorization, and completed the repair.
When I went to pick up my car the service department could not stop gushing about their interaction with this company, specifically Damien (sp?) with whom she worked. She told me normally it's like pulling teeth to get an extended warranty company to pay, and they usually try to argue the price or repair needed, etc. This time she said she simply called, spoke with Damien who asked her to fax the repair estimate and some other required information and he responded very promptly with the approval and payment method. She told me he was very professional and easy to work with, and she herself would be recommending this company to some of her family.
I honestly hope my car continues to run without issue and that I never have to use CornerStone United services again, but I am very happy with how everything went when I did need to use them. I want to personally thank Damien for his involvement and professionalism and the entire team of customer service for their assistance as well. Thank you all!

My Winnebago dash AC stopped working while at the factory. I worked with Cornerstone directly because I had another emergency issue. They were awesome. My claim was approved in less than 3 hours. Cornerstone covered the entire $2100, all I paid was my $100 deductible. I hear of my bad stories from other insurers, but nothing but great for Cornerstone. Your staff was very polite and treated me well.
Glad I purchased a Cornerstone agreement. Nothing but great service and experience. Expectations met with great results!

I have used the warranty for repairs twice. The process has been effortless , if I ever buy another vehicle I hope they offer Cornerstone, they have been the best warranty company I have ever dealt with. Great JOB!Q. Highly recommended , please compare with others you will see they are the best!

My policy has already more than paid for itself and the claim was easy and professional. My RV refrigerator cooling unit failed and the policy covered the entire $2000+ repair minus the $100 deductable. The part alone was $1,300 before adding labor. Very happy with my policy from Cornerstone!!!

My mechanic called Cornerstone with the issues involved on my 2008 Dodge Ram and both were approved immediately. A very quick response got my truck back on the road in a day. It also helps to know what your warranty covers and what it does not cover to prevent delays. Thank you for being there when needed.

We have had 3 major failures in less than 2 months. First the inverter failed and had to be replaced. This was a top of the line Magnum and just the inverter cost 2800 bucks. Two weeks later the refrigerator stopped cooling. The cooling unit had to be replaced. After the cooling unit was replaced the power board failed. Next the gas valve failed. After the fridge was repaired 3 of the 4 slides stopped working. two controllers and one motor. CornerStone stepped up to the plate on every failure. I will be asking for a renewal contract once this one expires we simply could not have survived with out CornerStone! I highly recommend CornerStone United Inc.

This was my first time using our extended warranty. I called a local repair company and they came twice to fix the dishwasher. (Had to order a part.) Turned in the required paperwork and paid the bill. They sent us a check less the deductible immediately. Great turnaround.

We had a number of water issues with our Class C motorhome, noted during two short RV trips. The repair facility said both the gray and black water valves needed to be replaced as well as the water pump and the city water port. Cornerstone paid the entire cost minus our deductible. Thank you Cornerstone! So glad we chose to purchase the extended warranty. It nearly paid for itself with this one claim.

Although I have not received my second claim reimbursement yet, my first claim was handled with an amazing turn around time. They were very helpful while I was filling our my claim forms and assisted me with all the details that needed to be covered. I would recommend this company very highly.

Have used our extended warranty with Cornerstone on our motorhome a couple times with no problems with Cornerstone handling the claims. Our only issues have been with the vendors (freightliner or Velocity) who filed the claims asking for excessive manhours to either find the problem or qualify the repairs. Depending on how you look at it, Cornerstone was more than helpful when we had a repeat claim for the same system failing within 5 months after only 1.5 trips, we thought Cornerstone would question the vendor on the repeat claim, however they never questioned the previous repair and paid on the claim.

On a trip traveling out west we encountered some issues that needed to be repaired right away. I contacted Cornerstone , told them of the situation and they immediately approved the repairs. They were completed in a timely manner.
