Speedy service. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S8 Ultra through a third party. It was $400 off. The best deal out of all the tablets Samsung has out right now. The Samsung Galaxy was just released and after watching several videos comparing them to one another. The s8 and the s9 have only a few differences however having a brand new s8 to trade in off and when I feel the need to do so, paying a considerable amount less than most with an equally considerable trade in value. Work all that said Best Buy had the best deals on tablets.I opted for curbside because it was bitterly cold. I didn't even get a chance to sign in before the gentleman was carrying it out to me. He also made sure to get the required identifying information from me as well. All around good experience. The Arden location is also equally good. I purchased a 65-inch LG smart TV last month for$300. I was shocked at how cheap but it was part of their black Friday sale. A male employee took the time to get me caught up on all the different new TV resolutions out now which made me more confident that i was making q good purchase

First time having a computer repair through Geek Squad. The laptop was still under warranty for 5 more days. The techs were courteous and understanding; they sent out my laptop for repair and warned me to expect about six weeks for return. Parts were replaced and my laptop returned to the store in less than 2 weeks. I received texts every step in the repair process. I would highly recommend Best Buy, Geek Squad and their services. I am a happy customer.

I had purchased an open box PC monitor and upon arriving home found that it had no power supply and that it was a very product specific part. With broken hopes and dreams I returned to the store to bring back the monitor. I was pleasantly surprised when the manager found a compatible power cord from another unused display for me. Great customer service!

Purchased a computer for myself for some classes that I'm taking and also purchased one for my daughter. The employees that I dealt with were very informed and helped me pick out the right computer to do the jobs I needed done. I was impressed with the professionalism of both men who helped me, but especially the slim younger man with shaggy dark hair. He took quite a bit of time reviewing many machines with me until I found the right one. Thanks a bunch!

Brought my Mom to upgrade her Apple 7 to current 14 and the customer service was literally incredible!! We had a young man I think his name was Alejandro and he was beyond helpful and went out of his way to help us. He had a great attitude, provided great customer service went out of his way to help mom get her phone set up.
