I love coming to this Zales location! Every time I’ve visited, the staff is always extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Matt for all of your engagement needs, as he not only helped me pick out the perfect band for my heirloom diamond, but also helped pick out a simple band to wear to work! Absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for great customer service and the perfect jewelry item for any occasion

My son has been wanting a gold chain for months. We finally broke down and went to Zales in the Asheville mall to get him one! The staff was very helpful, so nice to work with and overall just a friendly group of hard workers who helped my son find the necklace he’s been wanting for months! We were so pleased! If you’re looking for the missing piece of jewelry for you, I can’t recommend them enough!

I had a very specific idea of the necklace I wanted when I came to Zales at the Asheville mall. Paige knew exactly what chain I was describing (purchased in store), and helped me find the charms I wanted for it on the website! I just received them yesterday and couldn't be happier!

So I do not know where you guys go to get your jewelry like an engagement ring. Please see Matt! This guy was an extremely HUGE part of my journey to preparing for my upcoming engagement!!!! I urge everyone reading this come here and watch him take quality care of you. Thank you Matt for everything! So excited for 2024!

Kandis is the best worker her and Matt are such great workers and they are very well at helping pick out things and very well at communication and helping you understand things if you come talk to them

Zales was very helpful in finding the right ring, getting it sized, and helping with any questions I had. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! The entire process was quick. They estimated 8 weeks to get the ring resized due to being an alternate metal, but it was ready much sooner than that.

Recently visited Zales in the Asheville mall. Jessie was very friendly and the store was clean. The pieces were beautiful.
Ask for Jessie when you come in!

Jaxon in Asheville Mall store was awesome. The manager, Cindy, was equally professional, but our dealing was with and Jaxon, and he is the reason we bought from Zales rather than Reed's

My girlfriend and I walked in yesterday to look at engagement rings. Carrie provided amazing customer service. She was very friendly and displayed a genuine interest in what we were looking for. She tried to find us the best deal on the ring that my girlfriend wants. Carrie and her manager even went out of their way to try something they’ve never tried before to create the ring my girlfriend wants at a much
lower price. My girlfriend and I were very satisfied with our experience! Thank you for your help!

I got my engagement repaired through this Zales. I had such a bad experience with another store so i decided to come here. They employees are so wonderful! Called and updated me with everything and made mine and my fiancés experience so great. i definitely recommend this store! Thank you guys:)

Dropped in with 2 watches I DID NOT purchase there. I needed them sized. Jeweler took the links out and made sure they fit. She did not charge me. Nobody does that anymore. When I need something in the future that is where I am going.
