Ive been going to Digestive Health Partners for about 9 years and receiving great care but, recently they went above and beyond.

I want to personally shout out Jennifer Tully, infusion coordinator. I had significant problems with my specialty pharmacy and receiving my medication. Jennifer went above and beyond to respond to my calls & resolve issues with my pharmacy team.

She was responsive, quick, sympathetic and detailed with her processes. If you need to go to battle with Acreedo specialty pharmacy, bring in the big guns and get your best ally Jennifer! 😁

From start to finish, my care at Digestive Health Partners was terrific! My colonoscopy 10yrs prior in Colorado was not as thoughtful as my experience at DHP. Here they were incredibly kind as soon as I walked in the door. My prep left me feeling nauseous and headachy which made me a little nervous about the procedure. But the colonoscopy was the best part. It was a relief, they put you at ease, and expedite everything quickly. I was so grateful and impressed! Thank you for the great care, AHP!

From the moment I arrived for my colonoscopy, everyone including the check-in assistant, nurse, anesthesiologist, doctor and check-out nurse were friendly and professional. They helped make an unpleasant procedure as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend Digestive Health Partners of Asheville!

Staff were kind. Dr. Brian Gavin listened and asked the right questions. Got my blood drawn that same day. Having a colonoscopy in a month. The lady who scheduled the colonoscopy was very thorough. I'm anxious about the 3 day cleanse. That sounds like torture. Download their app and communication with them is timely and easy. One of His characteristics is patience and gentleness, please have patience and gentleness with them, they are busy and doing their absolute best. They tell you to use the app because that's how they most efficiently manage speaking to their patients, that's the system they have chosen. If you don't like using apps, then go somewhere that has a good phone system where you can speak to someone directly without needing a smart phone.

Digestive Health Partners made a scary procedure not so scary. I felt cared about and cared for by Mikayla, Dr. Perez, Jennifer and Diane. I'd been dreading that day as hard as I could but they made it not such a big deal. My thanks and virtual hugs to all!

This is a wonderful doctors office. I have been plagued with gi issues most of my life. Doctor Meyer is one of the best I have ever had. I never feel like she is not 100% on top of anything I have going on. I have been going here for over a year and half. They always call or message me to tell me what is going on. If I have any questions or concerns I can message on the portal and I always have a answer that day. I could not be happier with the care I receive from the staff at DHP. I had my second colonoscopy yesterday and they made sure I was out at ease. Dr Meyer came in after and went through everything. With Mission hospital being so terrible it is refreshing having such a wonderful doctor.

I could not ask for any better services from receptionist, nurses and Dr. Dukowicz. Supportive and professional.

Every person that i dealt with on the day of my procedure were super nice, which i really appreciated since I was so nervous. I'm sorry that i didn't get everyones names but, from the initial check in for id, insurance etc , anesthesiologist, Dr. Fisher's nurse, and Dr. Fisher were really nice. Procedure went well. Asheville office was very efficient getting me checked in and ready for my procedure. Dr Zivony was pleasant and personable and I felt confident that I was in good hands! Heather started my IV and did a terrific job! Was pleased with the entire experience from the time I checked in to the time I left! Would recommend this practice to anyone!

Check-in was handled pleasantly and efficiently. Susan and Brittany, the admitting nurses, were great, listened to and accomplished my request to be treated through the outpatient procedure without general anesthesia, and made sure everything I wanted to get done got taken care of without any delay or red tape. Dr. May and nurse Yvette were great as always in answering all my questions, responding to my requests, and providing excellent medical care with very little or no discomfort. Thanks to everyone there!

My experience was great. I recently relocated from out of state where I lived and worked with my health care providers for 20 years. Needless to say a little apprehensive about going to a new place where I knew no one.
From the minute I walked in to the procedure area my anxiety was gone. Everyone I encountered was extremely friendly, professional and calming.

The facility and the staff were all very professional and efficient. Friendly and helpful. There were no problems at all. Dr Harlan gets 5 stars. I do recommend that you fill out all paperwork completely before going in, and if you have to prep that you follow the directions to the letter for a good result.

My husband has had several procedures at the Hendersonville office and the most recent was by far the best experience. We met with the anesthesiologist and doctor both before and after the procedure and discussed concerns and expectations. Everyone was pleasant and friendly and more than willing to answer any questions. This was not the same “assembly line” feel we had at previous procedures.

I experienced a mix up in appointment time. I had 11:00 and they had 10:00 somehow it was a computer error and they still saw me. The staff was very helpful and considerate to my needs. The P.A. I saw was thorough and I liked his professionalism. I would recommend this practice to anyone with digestive issues.

No one likes going thru the 3 day Prep and Procedure..and I'm no exception. Until yesterday, the only 1 I ever had was approx. 35 yrs. ago. It was horrible as that long ago the local hospital didn't use light anesthesia to put a patient to sleep for the procedure. It was horrible and I was in awful pain so....I never had another. Yesterday was a pleasant surprise! Everyone involved was friendly, pleasant and considerate. The Drs. were very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Good experience and I'm happy to recommend them to family and friends.

I recently had my first baseline colonoscopy and was thrilled with the every aspect of my appointment at Asheville Gastroenterology Associates. Every member of the staff, nurses and doctor were exceptionally kind, helpful and informative and the entire process and procedure went smoothly. I felt truly cared for in their hands.

I had an excellent experience at Asheville Gastro- from when I had my upper endoscopy to the follow up - everything was outstanding. I was super nervous about my test but the nurses and Dr. Meyer made me feel so safe and comfortable. Followed up with Darrell Meadows, PA and was very impressed with how thorough, caring and knowledgeable he was.

I was way overdue for my colonoscopy. I can't say enough good things about the staff and my doctor, Dr. Fisher. Yes, it's a busy place. But that's because they're very good. I felt like I received very personal care. All of my concerns were addressed and the procedure was seamless. People were kind, compassionate and professional.
