Spencer's Ace Hardware

I have been working in Marion and have enjoyed coming here. We had a problem with a piece of equipment and the man who works on small engines gave us some advice about how to fix it. We got our engine going and tried to pay him but he wouldn’t take anything. You can’t beat service like that. Also everyone who we have talked to in the store is friendly and helpful.

When my family was in need of a propane hose, we had assistance from a well experienced professional named Trace! He helped not once but twice and both times ensured we had everything we needed to get our project finished. The entire store staff was all very respectful, helpful and willing to go the extra mile no matter the question. Superb Service!

This store is excellent. We live in another county but go to this hardware store. Nice friendly people and a good selection of everything. David who works on small engines is great! He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We recommend this place to our friends. It is definitely a five star place!

They don't have everything you want,but they do have everything you need! Clean, neat and orderly, the staff was truly friendly, welcoming and helpful.These youngsters they hire are real treasures too and raised right! Spencer’s Hardware, on Rutherford Road, in Marion is wonderful! It’s an awesome local hardware store, a propane supplier, and so much more. The employees are so helpful, attentive and polite. They go out of their way to help you find whatever you need. Definitely check them out, you will not be disappointed.

A wonderful, family owned Hardware and Farm Supply store. I worked there for several years and met so many lovely people and learned so much. You can find everything here and the staff is very polite and helpful. Always a delight to visit Spencer's Hardware!

The best place to go to get in and get out with exactly what you need. The staff act like they are happy to help and even when the store is busy someone comes to see if they can help. I recently wanted two 50 pound bags of weed and feed but the bags were over my head. The girl at the register called someone to help and a girl came up, got the bags and then carried them to my truck. I was so impressed and thankful.

This is a great small town hardware store. The staff here are always eager to help you in any way they can. The store has a great variety of inventory as well. They do offer the propane filling tanks there which the price is very reasonable. I am a frequent customer and would recommend this store to anyone!

Extremely helpful knowledgeable staff. Every time I go there I’m greeted as soon a I walk through the door, taken right to what I need and have even had the folks insist on carrying my stuff to my truck! They always have what I need which is very handy instead of having to run all over town and wait in line at the big box stores. Happy to do business here

Purchased a Sthil chain saw from them was a great experience on how they followed up on the sale. They also have a nice service tech. on hand if you need service related issues too. Highly recommend.

I had an issue but Nancy resolved it quickly. You certainly don't get that kind of attention at the big box stores. Always worth the trip to go to Spencer's Hardware!

Here's what's different about Spencer's Hardware: I never get lost in the store, there are plenty of friendly, knowledgeable staff ready to help me if I am looking for something specific and the prices are very fair (and sometimes lower than the big box home improvement stores). I trust the ACE brand products and I appreciate the way shopping at Spencer's makes me feel - like I matter!
