From the store manager down to the sales associates great staff and great place to find uggs , docs , etc. I highly recommend this store.

Journey's is never a disappointment for cool shoes of any variety! Chris at J's (Asheville Mall) was super helpful and patient with us!

Customer service was great, Jasmine helped me out with everything I needed. I thought she had put really good perfume on but turns out she was just carrying poo-pourri in her back pocket, you know every bathroom she leaves smells like lavender. But yeah great store

MAKALA was fantastic! The store is clean, well organized, and she showed me all the new stock that I was interested in. My son bought me a pair of Docs that were too small, I didn't have a receipt. She was more than helpful with my exchange. Highly recommend.

Ok so Angel was a LITERAL angel that led me to the heaven of the perfect pair of Doc Martens. I was only going in to look and size a pair, but her guidance and expertise helped me feel ready to made the investment. She gave me pointers on how to make them more comfortable as they break in, how to care for them and keep them looking amazing, and her personality was the best part of the whole experience. Any time I'm looking to buy a pair of shoes now, I'm coming to see her.

Chrys (Chris), I forgot how she spelled her name, oopsies, is SO sweet. She made my shopping experience amazing and helped me feel more confident. She’s a sweetie :-) give her a raise!

The helpful staff had knowledge of their products and how I could find what I needed, even if they didn't have it! I ended up finding the perfect fit and felt grateful that I didn't have to take a chance online. Excellent selection, my size was in stock, and I spent less than I could find the same pair anywhere else to get them this side of a week.

Sam helped me pick out a pair of Dr. Martins that I absolutely love!!! They were so sweet and told me everything I needed to know about the shoes!!
