Lowe's Home Improvement

Went 01/27/2024 to purchase a new microwave oven to replace our built in model that stopped working. After looking at the models, we were greeted by Aaron. We told him which model we wanted and he went to bring it to us. While we were waiting, at least two other individuals working in the department greeted us and asked us if we needed assistance. The department was very busy. After making our purchase and arriving home, we found out the microwave was damaged and could not be used. We went back, returned the microwave and went back to the appliance section to get another one. Aaron recognized us and asked if everything was okay with the microwave. We told him it was damaged and could not be used. He apologized, but it was not his fault that it was damaged. He got us another one, and opened it in the store to see if there was any damage. Everything looked good. He apologized again for us having to come back in the rain to return it. This one was fine, and was installed with no issues. Just wanted to take an this opportunity to thank Aaron for delivering 5 star service. We truly appreciate it.

Great hardware store. They carry just about anything you need from plants to vanities to lumber. They have a large inventory of drills and other power equipment. They are really friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I had much rather go here than that other big box hardware store. They just treat you better here at Lowe's. Go here and you won't be disappointed.

Debbie in the flooring department is awesome! She's a great customer service person & will go over and beyond to help her customers. She also has a great personality. She's an asset to Lowes and I recommend if you need flooring, ask for Debbie!

Was the store Saturday night and Bobby Pulliam set up I feel like a million trees for me to look at and purchase. He was so helpful.
Not sure if he was the manager but very helpful more help than I have ever received before. Keeper!

i spent my rainy afternoon spooling "kite string" onto those reels

The store was clean. No, wait for assistance. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Update: I visited multiple times since this review and still agree. Today I got cushions and patio furniture.

I shopped for a new floor and looked lots of different places but again my favorite Toy Store had what I needed and at a great price! They also had great people to install the kitchen floor. My kitchen looks so much better. The flooring we picked was Pergo Champagne Oak. It all starts with a Great company that hire Great people (And let the people who have Served Our Country stand out) to talk to you and if your in Morganton and need flooring for talk to my buddy Jason M and he will help you out

Went to look for outdoor decking stain and sealer. Employee was really helpful with information and tips on the process as we are DIYers. We were very pleased with the help and attention we were given by the employee. Will be back for more purchases on our DIY projects.

Best Lowes in Hickory, unbelievable customer service and great selection. I only wish they had a tool rental dept.

Mark from appliances was phenomenal in helping us find the right equipment that we needed. Even when the system was a little challenging to find and gather together he was able to push through and get us the best deals. Thank you very much for helping this old veteran and honey bunny on a fixed disability retirement.

Customer service area very good. Had to make return on item I bought at lenoir store. Specific brand of item I needed was out of stock but store employee helped me find different brand that will do same job I need done. We are primer and painting. He also helped me find hardware I needed to fit my nightstand. Very small 2 inch handle needed. They only had 2 that was correct size, and we took the less expensive one.

I like Lowe's. Use to be someone would ask if they could help you. I guess it is hard to get someone to work nowadays.

This is my 3rd visit this month and I can't say enough great things about the Pro Desk. Zack, Jeff and V were very helpful, kind and courteous.
Shopping in the store was a different story...no one offered to help at anytime. As I was leaving the outdoor area after getting no help, 4 lowes employees were standing at the door and no one even said hello or could we help you in anyway.

Okay here's my experience Lowe's was just absolutely wonderful it was fabulous. I had to get another lawn mower it cost me $2,000 200 and something dollars. I had my old lawn mower for 22 years transmission finally went out I had no choice but that still didn't keep me from getting sick to my stomach. I got the other more at Lowe's also but it was a little cheaper back then only 999.00. But the only thing about the Bowens green Yard Machine was after 10 years they didn't sell no parts for it anymore. They didn't even want to discuss trying to find parts for it. But I'm older now and I don't want to work on no damn lawn mower. I don't even enjoy cutting the grass like I used to and I sure ain't going to work on no mower. Beside this will probably be the last one I need anyway hopefully. Well I hope I brighten your day many donations for payments will be appreciated. Just kidding keep your money

The staff was great even told me to snap a picture of a sale I saw going on something I need now free with the purchase I know I'm about to need on the project after this one.

Found the paint I needed after an assistant answered my questions. Paint was shaken for me. Checkout was easy with the help of another associate since I paid with a gift card.

Love this store. Loving our new chairs for our firepit.
